The staff was great and friendly. There was always a person at the reception 24/7 that can answer any questions or help to plan a route with public transport. Communication in English was also very good. The rooms were always cleaned nicely with no complaints. Beach is just 2 minutes away on foot. All in all superb experience for the price. Would deffinetely come back!

I would have prefered to have some sort of fridge just to store any food or drinks.

Great Location- close to everything and to the bus which goes to the station and riccione - and at the same time quite calm position, very kind staff, efficient airconditiining, good wifi , very comfy bed, very clean room and bathroom, everyday cleaning the room , every 3 day change of the lining , sea view from balcony , the breakfast was also good and big - I took the power one once - but I prefered to eat on my own just in the nearby cafe - I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much and I would be happy to come back

The property is basic but fine. I had an amazing view of the sea from my room which was an unexpected bonus. They also allowed me to check in a bit earlier than check in time which was great.

The wifi is absolutely inadequate. The staff tried to help but it wasn't possible. I had to use my phone as a hotspot for the work I needed to do while there.

One of the only budget hotels to offer 24H reception. If you arrive late and don't want to spend too much money there's always someone waiting for you. The location is alright - not in the center but there's plenty of restaurants, minimarkets etc nearby.

The beach was being renovated at the time. You had to walk abt 10-15min to get to a proper beach. The bed was not too comfy but ok. AC was not working and the room was a bit smelly if you didn't keep the balcony door open now and then. The balcony is only abt 1m2.

- the shower and space around the toilet were quite small - only one chair on both balconies even though we had a double and a triple room

This is a very well situated hotel with frendly and helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars available only steps. Rooms are cleaned every day. Coffee is fantastic.

Furniture is not a newest design, but bed is comfortable. Fire doors... loud.

All the receptionist were very kind, nice and more than willing to help. Great people each and every one of them... Thank you all

The one great problem was the mattress, unfortunately it was hard as a stone, I couldn't sleep without a great pain all over my body.

Great location in the beach area of Rimini. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were given a list of restaurants to check out which was much appreciated. Our room had a balcony and view to the sea and was comfortable for our 2 night stay.

The hallway echos with sounds from other guests when they are not quiet and can be heard in the room. A table on the balcony would be nice!

Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff, treated us to tea and coffee. Very cheerful and easy! The cleaning is attentive and unobtrusive, the bed linen is clean and fresh. The sea view is acceptable, sufficient

Friendly, helpful staff. Light, airy rooms and lobby area. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable room.

It would have been good to be able to mix the breakfast options, e.g. not all 'sweet', 'healthy' or 'protein', but a mix of them, either pre-determined, or a choice for the customer. Shutter to balcony was a bit temperamental - it kept getting stuck.
