Location is excelent, price is correct for this kind of hotel, and they have resolved the main issue - parking - not ideal, but it works, 100 m from hotel.

Coffie could be better, elevator could be faster, but I cannot say that there is something serious wrong.

Very very Friendly employees and Owners, very clean was the whole hotel, shady and secure parking place next to the hotel, rich domestic Italian food for lunch and dinner too, the place of the hotel is perfect as you can see the town or the sea too

Almost no water to shower, shower was part of bathroom without curtain or walls so everything was wet (we had to take out all clothes, towels and toilet paper before showering). Drain didnt work

Shower is terrible. You can shower while taking toilet. Minibar is empty. The only thing I could find is leftovers from previous guests. Breakfast is from nearest supermarket with instant coffee and chemical drink instead of juice. Very mediocre hotel

First of all, the location is really great. It is directly in front of the beach, coop market is just around the corner. It is on the main street as well, so the dining possibilities are endless. And there is a bus stop nearby. The staff is super friendly, all of them. Reception desk lady was super helpful and kind and answered every question. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and has no issue making you as much of coffee as you want. AC functions well, WiFi too, views from balcony are spectacural. Despite being on a very busy Street, there werent any noise disturbances.

The rooms are very small and outdated. We were three and constantly going around each other on such a small space got annoying very quickly. Our room 404 didnt have fridge, despite being listed. There were little ants on the floor. The biggest issue though was the bathroom. A very tiny space. Toilet lid constantly falling down. Shower head didnt have a shower corner, so the bathroom was wet anytime you wanted to take a shower. The water sometimes didnt even run, especially around 6-8pm. The breakfast could use some vegetables.

Very good value for money. The staff, while not very talkative, heartily tries to help customers with their needs. Very close to the beach and to the train station of Rimini Viserba (very helpful!).

The furniture is very old and slightly damaged. AC can be turned on and off, but not otherwise adjusted (or I did not understand how to do so). The shower is of the kind without walls, and the water leaves through a drain in the middle of the toilet. Overall, it's an okay stay, but not comfortable.

Great location, beachfront. There is a special price for the hotel guests for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for a day (20 Euros), but it is just a few euros cheaper compared to the original price.

The hotel would have been ok, but when we arrived they did not speak English at all and they asked a young girl to come and talk to us. She didn't speak so well either. They told us that they "missed" our booking and to come "domani, domani" (tomorrow). We had plane tickets and a holiday planned, that is simply unacceptable. They told us that they offer an "alternative" at Hotel Villa Rinaldini (situated 25 minutes walking distance) which is a "2 star" and they tried to fool us that they would offer us a discount and we could sleep there the first night for 40 Euros. This was not true, the 40 Euros was the price of the Villa. Since is was 18:00 in the evening and we had travelled the whole day we had to accept it. The worst part was that we had to sleep in a very small room with no shower and with no AC at 30+ degrees that night. I had to call booking and waste a lot of time explaining the situation and even they struggled to find and alternative close to our position. I call this disrespect and lack of professionalism and it is unacceptable. I had to move my luggage from a place to another in the heat and waste a lot of time because of them and it ruined the first day of my holiday. The second hotel was not pleased when I asked them to give me the invoice so maybe I could send it to booking and get a refund and the lady at the reception started to comment on that. Apart from that, Hote Suprem has an excellent position (beachfront) and is kind of ok (mainly due to the position), but not a 3-star hotel, maybe a 2-star. The Wi-Fi did not work and the breakfast was average.

Poor breakfast Dusty room: I have sensitive skin and suffer from asthma, if I am in a very dusty or dirty environment I get a rush on my skin and short breath. Unfortunately I experienced both reactions this time.
