Hi)I highly recommend this hotel! Really close to the Beach,nice and very friendly , helpful people who are working there. Breakfast is good .Rooms are small but big enough for staying for a week or two for two people.Im tented a room 9 meter big with double bed ,it was excellent for 5 comfy days staying there .Public free beach is 5min to walk.All shop's, restaurants etc around this hotel.We really spend beautiful time there. For 3 stars hotel service and price is good! Thanks.We will definitely come back!

Everything is ok

Very good value for money and right next to the beach! Overall well managed and clean. Guys working in the reception were very amiable and friendly, always making sure everything was okay with our stay.

Very thin walls. We could hear the guests in the neighbouring room snoring.. Also the fire alarm went off several times during the night. According to the receptionist this was due to other guests smoking inside. The room was very dirty and dusty underneath the bed, which resulted in my husband having allergic reactions.

Firstly, we tried few hotels during our stay in Rimini to compare. This hotel and its staff (Kristina) made an extra effort to make us happy. We got newer room in second floor which looked quite fresh. Secondly, street in front of the hotel is free for parking and we were lucky to always find a spot. Nevertheless, if we didnt, then hotel had parking possibility for a fee. Moreover, we got free tickets to water park which is 15 minutes by car from the hotel with free of charge parking at the place. This was a nice getaway from typical beach days. We were also offered for free bycicles. Breakfast was really really great. We are comparing to 10 hotels we stayed in Italy for our vacation, so this one was the best. Mix of warm and cold dishes, always filled when emptied, granola, wine, sparkling bubbles, home lemonade, home made delicious sweets, and even natural honey!!!! Lastly, amazing staff! Wifi could be improved. We were losing signal quite often and it was really slow. They have some windows towards main street thus sound from entertainment small park (kind of a plus too) is hearable, but at least it stops at 23:00. Bathroom could be further upgraded in a near future as starts to show years behind.

The accommodation was clean and lovely, both receptionists were friendly, helpful and explained everything. Breakfast was plenty to choose from and nothing was missing. The location was perfetc close to the sea and there was no noise to hear. We didn't go in high season which didn't matter at all it was so nice quiet. Definitely visit the accommodation

Everythink fine

All was fine. Managed to park for free opposite the entrance! Good value for what we paid (but it can cost much more). Didn't have time or weather to see if bikes were available.

Breakfast ok if you like cakes (large selection). Would have preferred good wholemeal bread and muesli. Being on 5th floor we had a sea view with a terrace, but a long trip down using stairs if not wanting to wait for the lift. Staff a little impersonal.

Everything was good, the rooms are clean, the location for rest and go to the beach is very good, the service is also good.

When taking a shower, boiling water would start running every few minutes.

Good location. Clean, comfortable rooms with a balcony, there is a refrigerator in the rooms, which is very convenient on hot days. Friendly staff.

Wi-Fi is not very good.

Staff very helpful, especial shout out to Mauro at the Front Desk, breakfast was delicious, great variety, rooms fully renovated.

The floor was really dirty, I've asked twice for a mop and it was cleaned 2days later but still poorly. The feet towel in the bathroom was always black on the black. They don't even use a broom in the room, the mop was used twice a month. Not all the rooms has fridge in it.

Clean and safe hotel, location is very close to the beach which is safe for the children too. The breakfast was good, but try to have it before 09:00. Recommended for families.
