Firstly, we tried few hotels during our stay in Rimini to compare. This hotel and its staff (Kristina) made an extra effort to make us happy. We got newer room in second floor which looked quite fresh. Secondly, street in front of the hotel is free for parking and we were lucky to always find a spot. Nevertheless, if we didnt, then hotel had parking possibility for a fee. Moreover, we got free tickets to water park which is 15 minutes by car from the hotel with free of charge parking at the place. This was a nice getaway from typical beach days. We were also offered for free bycicles. Breakfast was really really great. We are comparing to 10 hotels we stayed in Italy for our vacation, so this one was the best. Mix of warm and cold dishes, always filled when emptied, granola, wine, sparkling bubbles, home lemonade, home made delicious sweets, and even natural honey!!!! Lastly, amazing staff! Wifi could be improved. We were losing signal quite often and it was really slow. They have some windows towards main street thus sound from entertainment small park (kind of a plus too) is hearable, but at least it stops at 23:00. Bathroom could be further upgraded in a near future as starts to show years behind.

All was fine. Managed to park for free opposite the entrance! Good value for what we paid (but it can cost much more). Didn't have time or weather to see if bikes were available.

Breakfast ok if you like cakes (large selection). Would have preferred good wholemeal bread and muesli. Being on 5th floor we had a sea view with a terrace, but a long trip down using stairs if not wanting to wait for the lift. Staff a little impersonal.

The floor was really dirty, I've asked twice for a mop and it was cleaned 2days later but still poorly. The feet towel in the bathroom was always black on the black. They don't even use a broom in the room, the mop was used twice a month. Not all the rooms has fridge in it.

The staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was tasty but in the later hours there were less to choose from (logically)

Our room was quite small, the windows was looking at an adjacent hotel and we could look into their rooms even if we didn’t want to.

Excellent location - a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was quite spacious and nice - for a very modest price. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a lovely big restaurant room. We found also free parking nearby.

Good value for money. Close to the beach. Nice and friendly staff, especially Kristina 😉 Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Free bicycles provided. Easy to access a city centre or airport by public transport.

The hotel provided a gluten free breakfast without any problems, offered a discount to a nearby restaurant. Close to the beach.

Problem with parking in Rimini, but that was not the hotel's fault. Missing minibar that should have been in the room.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Everything you want in a beach break.

Not having a mini fridge in the room. This would make a huge difference.

People are very friendly and helpful, Cristina is great! She helps you everything! You can ask bicycles and go to the centre. For families are very recommended. Close to beach restaurants shops.

Everything was perfect. Free bicycles. You can ride all the way to Rimini center along the beach without traffic. The breakfast buffet is great. The staff is very friendly. WiFi is fast. There is a fridge in the room.

Nothing
