Parking the car is a long way away

Modern family hotel just some steps away from the beach. Our room was very small, but had everything we needed for 2 nights. If you stay longer choose a room that is bigger than 15 sqm. We had a very small balcony, fitted for one chair. But we saw the sea. Breakfast is delicious, many choices, sweet and salty.

Parking is difficult. There are some parking places in front of the hotel. But they were fully booked. So we had to find a parking place in the street. Although it is not allowed to park in the small street, many customers were parking there. So we did the other day. There was no problem. If you are there in high season it would be different, I suppose.

Francesco and Isabella was wery kind and great reception guys - top of the level. Rooms was tiny but with balconies and seaview. Pool was heated, with varieties of relax massage flows and waterfall cascade. Breakfast was with wide selection and everything was delicious & fresh. Very family-friendly hotel and we will return there. Highly recommended! Thank You! We rate it 10 from 10.

Location is great. Staff is super friendly. We had luck to get parking spot right at hotel. Breakfast was excellent

We’re not dissapointed in anything as everything was up to expectation. The only downside was bed size. The double bed was only 180cm long and I’m taller than that so my feet were hanging down.

Receptionists were really awesome.. Table booking in restaurants.. or late night service. Swimming pool quite big with hot water.. and right next to pool was bar with drinks.. perfect Absolutely amazing breakfast..

Wonderfull staff, reception, kitchen, waiters, everyone was soo nice and friendly. Location was 50 meters walk to the beach, parking at the hotel or 400 meters away. Many restaurants nearby. 5km from Rimini city center. Breakfast was delicious, had a very large selection ☺️. It was perfect!

Swimming pool with warm water, comfortable bed, breakfast with a great variety of sweets and not only, cozy lounge zone

Even if you book the room with the option to "pay upon arrival" , the hotel staff make you pay in advance (through bank transfer or by blocking money on your card)

Clean inside and out. Very well presented, excellent breakfast choices, no noise and perfect location. Staff are super friendly. Isabella was so helpful, professional and friendly.

No food to be consumed in rooms if not from hotel. we arrived in the afternoon so not many restaurants open between 2-6. Supermarket right outside but couldn’t even buy a snack to eat in room.

Really liked to stay at this villa! ☺️🌿 Location beautiful! Staff was really nice! ☺️ Parking wasn’t available at the hotel. But they offered to park car for 5€ per day in parking lot (5min walk). Breakfast was delicious! breakfast had a very large selection ☺️ They have pool that is very warm (a little strange to use it in hot weather), but we enjoyed spending time at pool. ☺️👍

-hairdryer worked poorly -pool wasn’t available after 7pm (would be perfect to relax after a long walking day) -after breakfast we went to pool (we were there about 2h), when we got back room wasn’t clean. Then when we were getting ready to leave room - cleaner came. We said that we will leave after 1h(cleaner doesn’t speak English). When we came back at 9pm- still room wasn’t clean (I even placed their sign “please clean our room” when we left). 🤷‍♀️

Friendliness. Staff was simply amazing. I have no clue where you find such a good people. Location to shop/sea/food
