The building has this unique style which we really liked. The staff is very kind, and they spoke perfect English so it was easy to talk. The breakfast always had great variety of choices, everything was made fresh. All the salty and sweet choices were delicious. The beach is only 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel, also the bus stop is close so we could get to anywhere easily. It was perfect for our honeymoon, and I am sure we will come back in the future (also to bring some Hungarian pálinka to the general manager 😀)

Where should I start?? The property is just fantastic, with an incredible attention to detail. Every corner is filled with design object and a young and hip vibe. Loved it. We had the warmest welcome by Valentina (I think), and despite being very late during the day, she showed around with a smile and gave us a refillable bottle to be used during our stay (with unlimited access to free water at the hotel lobby). We booked a Basic Double room with Balcony and it had everything that we needed and more. Loved the little bathroom night light (super discrete), the super comfortable bed, the welcome biscuit and handwritten note. The breakfast was great too. Like in a typical Italian traditional bakery, both with sweet and savoury options. Only note is not a “help yourself buffet” but the staff was sooo lovely and encouraging about you taking as much food as you wanted that it would help even the shyest person.

I wish I could have stayed longer… but that was totally my fault! 😅 We haven’t explored the area too much so wouldn’t be able to comment on facilities around, but seemed ok. We had a moped so both Rimini and Riccione were really easy to access. I cannot honestly fault this properly at all. Loved every bit!!

All requests were honored very quickly, we received a great crib for our child. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially their own made bakeries. The rooms were very clean, they changed bed linen three times in a week. It was really quiet.

It seems that they have some difficulties handling breakfast queues. It is not buffet-style, you need to ask for each item and, as they have too few employees, it takes a lot of time.

This is an amazing experience hotel. The aesthetics and branding are great, it is very pretty. Staff is super friendly and always smiling, honestly looks like they enjoy the work there. There is a small parking on premises, but a better option for a longer stay is the parking lot further from the hotel with 24h shuttle available. Our room was huge, it had 2 balconies, a couch 2 TVs and a big bed. The bathroom was really big as well, with 2 sinks and a rain shower. Location is brilliant, 3 min walk from the beach with many stores and great restaurants close by. Breakfast was really tasty, hotel gives you free water and a reasonably priced bar. You feel really well cared for in this hotel and I was seriously sad to leave.

These are very tiny negatives: the wifi is a bit weird and you have to register for it, but it works fine. The breakfast is also a bit weird as you have to order things - no buffet which is always more fun.

Hotel Up is amazing place! Everything was great: Smiling and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, extremely clean rooms, awesome interior design. Our bed was huge, pillows ideal, room spacious enough and cleaned every day. Possibility to get free water to bidons was something that we didn't expect, but it was just perfect. Staff was amazing- everyone was super nice and trying to make our life easier. Hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins from good restaurant, couple of minutes from buses to the city centre. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free.

For some people location can be too far from loud city centre.

Lovely hotel with an easy access to the airport and the centre of Rimini. It’s a stones throw from the sea. The staff was beyond exceptional. They were all really kind and eager to attend any request. Fabio, the receptionist, was amazing. He made us feel at home and even after our stay made sure that we were well-fed and hydrated by presenting us with cookies and water for the journey back home. Thank you! Breakfast was plentiful and varied with an array of scrumptious pastries and mouth-watering Italian tramezzinis and focaccias, and, of course, delicious coffee :) Also, a big thank you to the cleaning staff. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. There was anything you could possibly need, even a little sewing kit. The quality of service and food was fabulous. The best stay ever!

Everything went smooth with our stay in Up Hotel. The General Manager is doing a great job keeping things running and people entertained. :) The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Also the balcony was a nice addition. The breakfast is nice and fresh each day and the stuff is wonderful. They offer complementary water and pastries in the breakfast area. The hotel is around 30 min from Rimini city center with bus.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Cool modern interior design. Very clean. Very tasty breakfast with quality espresso. Comfortable bed and pillows. Near the beach. Invoice provided. Fast check in via whatsapp. Very good communication.

The basic room had a problem with bad smell in the bathroom but offered our friends to change it. Breakfast isn't the classic swedish buffet, but like a cafe kind where a nice lady puts on your plate whatever you choose from the offer on display. If you are a little shy to ask for a refill you might end up not fed enough :). There are mosquitoes so bring repellent.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel Staff are very welcoming and all the amenities are 5* The honesty bar is a fantastic idea which is bothfunky and quirky and we used to it's full potential The breakfast is full of homemade freshly made foods and it was a lovely surprise for our stay .... Can't fault the hotel and would fully recommend it for any wheelchair users due to the brilliant modern room we stayed in.... Thank you Up Hotel

Modern hotel, rooms big, everything you need you can find there. I would like to say thank you to people who are working there. There was a situation were we left our few stuff in the room after check out. We called them and they checked the room to find them. They found more than one lost item. People with good heart! Beautiful place to stay!
