Fantastic setting up in the hills, room with little fridge, we had a room with a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. Be prepared to ride uphill on small streets! The little village of Castellaro is worth visiting.

The electronic key to the room did not function both times we went. Might be time to foresee maintenance of the key reader

The hotel itself, the surrounding area and the room was very nice. Breakfast perfect, wide selection, tasty food. Pool was nice warm and clean..

The hotel is supernear to the highway -that was the reason I selected it. But actually it is 10km to get into the hotel as it has no access road... No wifi

It was very spacious and clean. sadly we only had a very short overnight stop there so didn’t have time to use the magnificent swimming pool or other facilities.

Because of our late arrival, 9pm, we couldn’t get a snack or alternative set meal that was being served in the restaurant. only B b Q meat with a small salad was being served.

The room was a lovely comfortable room, with lovely views. Excellent breakfast with a good variety, the pool area was lovely, plenty of sun beds and shade.

Tea facilities in bedroom, and bottled water on arrival .

Nice and peaceful, good parking and nice pool area. Helpful and friendly reception/check-in staff.

A bit warm at top floor apartment (under roof) but good air condition. Bar staff not so friendly and cash payment wasn’t possible (eg ice cream)

The staff were really exceptional and the pool was lovely. The entire property is gorgeous and the views from our balcony were stunning. We really a great time and would come back again without hesitation.

Tennis court isn’t well maintained and considering this point, it was expensive for 15 euros an hour.

Nice , clean and big room. Great view from balcony. We stay just for one night, but swiming pool and surroundings looks very nice for longer stay.

Approach by very narrow road. Restaurant was closed already at 20.00.

Picturesque hotel in the mountains with a great pool, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Also had a private terrace, free parking and great air con. Breakfast was tasty and varied.

The wifi was awful.

Breakfast was amazing, room comfortable and facilities were great. The young receptionist who greeted us was lovely and professional.
