Best Western Blu Hotel Roma

1. Very pleasant stuff - all of them! 2. Comfortable and clean room with a balcony. 3. Tasty breakfast - omelet, sausages, bacon, cheeses, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, vegetables. And most importantly - different homemade pastries and desserts! 4. The bus stop is near the hotel, that is convenient to get to the city center.

Only one thing I didn’t like - the location of the hotel. It’s a really bad neighborhood. Old buildings that are needed to be reconstruct, non clean streets, lots of homeless. In a nutshell, not nice neighborhood view in general.

We enjoyed our stay in the Best Western Blu Hotel Roma. The hotel was convenient for us and is located roughly 10 minutes from Roma Tiburtina train station by Bus/Taxi. We used Bus no 409 which is very near to the hotel to go to the station and then use the Metro for Roma Termini and the other Roman attractions. Public transport is good and efficient. We also managed to go to the beach using public transport. There is a lovely Ristorante/Gelateria just opposite which we used almost daily and a lovely Pizzeria/ Ristorante just at the end of the street for dinner. There is also a big super market opposite the hotel, next to the lovely Ristorante/Gelateria which was fully stocked with all food and essential items. We had requested our preference for rooms to be close together during booking and it was done for us. Very appreciative for that. The Hotel staff were helpful and they even booked our taxi's for the train station. A particular shout out for Mario at the reception who was very helpful and professional. He helped us with our queries and travel plans. Mario also suggested some local attractions and was were knowledgeable. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

NA- Keep up the good work. Just for info: The City tax is €6 per person, per day, do keep that in mind for the cost of the holiday. It can amount to the cost of a room for big families on a long break etc!

the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but it is close by tiburtina train station where you have multiple buses and metro. the reception staff was very lovely and helpful. rooms were clean, mattresses were comfortable enough for my mother who has back pain so well done.

breakfast was a bit basic and quite limited, not what i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. also, my mother got offended when breakfast staff assumed we were Russians without asking her first. I would advise to not only train your reception staff but also breakfast personnel some manners, politeness and some English.

A clean hotel, in a safe location, and, even if it is quite far from the tourist attractions, you can reach the center in 40 minutes by bus and metro. The very kind staff, especially Ciprian but also the other employees together with the manager of the location, Mr. Gualtiero made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was a buffet and more than what is served in hotels in Italy. Excellent coffee! We thank them once again and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

There breakfast set up was nice. Secondly, the location is also good good. Very excessable & strategy. Friendly staffs Staffs are always patient to help you out.

1.Improve your set of breakfast have more varieties. 2. Work on your dinner meal. I only ate once then all through the 6day. I ate outside. Make it interesting with varieties. 3. Cleaning of the room should be consistent. My room was not cleaned on a Sunday so the trash was very full. 4.you need to put a tray of tea cup, tea bags, sugar,& milk. Also, an electric kettle. 5. There's no interesting view place(s) around.

The staff was very friendly and helped with recommendations on local restaurants and cafes and helped us navigate public transportation. Hotel was far from city center but accessible by bus and subway.

Beds were rather hard. Hotel breakfast was good but pricey--on the second day, we found a cheap and very good cafe across the street where we had breakfast for the rest of our stay.

Kettle was missing, men at the bar was untidy he looked like a repairer worker, was not able to make a double espresso, shameful

it was very clean and comfortable, the staff was always nice and breakfast here always good!

it was kind of far but close to there was metro and train station so it took us like 30-40 mins to get to the center and the staff told us what busses and metro to take.

clean, air conditioned, friendly staff, lifts, lovely sized room, easy access to public transport, easy to go into Rome central everyday with travel card

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the breakfast was very good, the staff very very friendly and helpful.

The location is far from the city center, is located in a flats neighnourhood, to get to the Coloseum you make about 1hour with the bus and metro.
