Super friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, location is close to metro station, price is fair compared to others, room is clean and nice. What more you need?

The staff is helpful and always ready to help you. The custard croissants were extremely good at breakfast.

The room has a very “formal” vibe to it and the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning and a bit of care. Even it’s a buffet type of breakfast there’s not a lot of options. For those with a sweet tooth tho it’s a different story. The Wi-Fi connection is not very stable and the phone kept disconnecting or otherwise taking a long time to surf the web.

Stuff is amazing. Rumesh made us feel like at home. Bed is comfortable, there is more than enough space in room.

Location is a far away from the centre. You need 15 minutes walk to the metro station then additional 45 minutes to the city centre. Isolation doesnt exist. You hear every steps, every noise. Breakfast could be a bit better. Not a lot of choise.

Location: 10 min of walking to Alessandrino metro station, convenient for public transportation. I think the hotel is located in a very local residential areas, so it will be very quite in the night. Breakfast: probably the second best breakfast I have eat in the hotels I stayed at Italy alought I didn't have time to eat breakfast in second day Staff: 24 hours of hotel service which is great, very friendly

Tv channels were all Italian. Would have been nice to have had access to English speaking news channel.

Very good hotel, very clean and nice staff. breakfast is quite fine considering the Italian breakfast consists only of sweets and coffee.

The location of the hotel which is very far away if you are traveling as a tourist and the restaurant itself which clearly doesn't look like a 4 star hotel restaurant but more like a cantine.

The staff were the best. So helpful and polite. The fridge in our room did not work, it just made the room very hot so we unplugged it. Great AC, quiet location & incl breakfast.

Personally, I hate a firm bed, but if that's your preference, then this will be perfect.

The room was very clean and bright. We liked the size and also the bathroom was pretty good. We had a big window that was very helpful. The breakfast was fairly good, and the same option as the majority of the hotels in Italy (more sweet options). The coffee was great as well. The free parking made lots of difference in our case. Also, there is a supermarket next door and you can also order food and have it delivered directly to the Hotel. The hotel offers dinner but we did not try the food.

The air conditioning was already working as a heating system and the outside temperature was still around 20 degrees. However, it is not Hotel's fault itself. Pretty much every in Rome would be the same. After all, the big window was very helpful anyways.

Good location. 10 minutes walk from metro station. 30 minutes to the city centre. Has their own parking. Very convenient. Has elevator. The room is pretty convenient. Staff helped a lot with the understanding of the city.

The room was not very clean.

Everything about the staff and cleanliness of our room was superb. The reception is open 24/7 and there was no problem in checking-out at 4 in the morning. The staff is also quick and very helpful and speaks great English. Every day, our room got cleaned, our bedsheets tucked in, new towels put into our bathroom and water in the refrigerator refilled. We were even offered coffee once straight to our room. In the instance of us needing something from the reception, we didn’t even have to take the elevator or walk down the stairs because there was a phone line connected to our room (and it was free to use). The size of the room was big enough and we had enough place to store our stuff. The rooms were also quiet and we could hear no traffic from the outside (we stayed at the 2nd floor). Even though some reviews say that the breakfast was poorly executed, in my opinion, it was great, the variety of sweet products was good enough and it was indeed very tasty.

The only thing that was bad about or stay was the location of the hotel. It took us from 45 to 60 minutes to get to the city centre (Termini station), but because it was our holiday, we had enough time on our hands and this didn’t end up being such a great difficulty - but for someone travelling for work, this could be a major inconvenience. The breakfast could have also included some more savoury food, but because of the overwhelming amount of sweet food and pastry, this was no problem for us. The shower corner in our bathroom seemed to leak a bit, but not much.
