I booked here because we had a 06.15 flight and it was close to the airport. The receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful, booked a taxi and the transfer was easy. The free, timed, shuttle to the metro station made it easy and quick to get into Rome. There was shuttle back from the metro in the evening but the bus, 520 I think, from the metro meant we could return any time we liked. There was just a few minutes walk at the end. Breakfast was an enjoyable standard buffet.

Most of the pool was very deep which my grandsons didn't like. They still went in but stayed close to one end.

Staff very friendly. One bed was missing in the room at our arrival due to an error in reservation website, staff reacted fast and provided the missing bed as we were settling. Dîner restaurant was good and staff there was super friendly. Breakfast was correct, although sometimes coffee cups were missing and one should wait for clean ones to be brought.

Location a bit far away from metro station « Cinecitta » of line A. There is a complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel. However, the frequency of shuttle from/to station to/from the hotel was only every hour. There is a city bus close to the hotel but it’s also about every 30 min. Once in the metro, city centre is about 20 min.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a very nice looking pool but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choices for breakfast.

We were half board. Dinner choices were disappointing (only two choices for first and second course; no mention of desert at all - the waiter seemed to give you what he thought you should have) and the menu was only available in Italian - I used to get the menu ahead of time to translate it.

excellent location for the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, although the portions were on the small side and there was a limited menu. But we still really enjoyed what we had. There was a good choice at breakfast too. We didn’t get chance to explore the spa facilities so I can’t comment on that. It had a cosy lovely feel to it with the lights all around outside, we visited in December so I’m not sure what it will be like in the summer but there looks to be good outdoor facilities from what we could see. We will definitely return.

Only downsides for me was it could of done with a few extra blankets. There was 1 which we used on our daughters bed but we needed an extra one. It wasn’t major because we could control the heat in the room, but we did wake up boiling. Extra blanket would of been best really. It would of been nice to have drink facilities in the room, there was a mini fridge but that was empty and there wasn’t any tea or coffee facilities in the room. Thankfully we had taken water with us.

The room is clean and comfortable. The wellness is great. The staff at the reception is helpful

The majority of the staff does not speak English. The staff in the breakfast room was impolite with the foreign guests, they only offered coffee for the Italian guests. Every morning, they went up to every other guest and asked what kind of coffee they would like, but not once to us. One time, the housekeeping crew left our window open, leaving our valuables exposed for hours.

Set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Rome, this converted farmhouse was a great spot to get over jet-lag for a couple of days before heading into the city to stay and see the sights. A short train ride to Castel Gandolfo. The hotel is comfortable, lovely pool, and the buffet breakfast is delicious with friendly staff!! A free shuttle is offered from the local Metro station which is very handy.

The reception staff were not very friendly.

Rooms, shower, pool, peroni, evening meals, Most staff were very friendly Free shuttle bus to either Capanelle station or Cinecitta Metro.....

Now you have to write an honest review and we'll sadly its on the flight path to ciampino airport. Some staff need to learn to smile Breakfast coffee from the machine..yuk The sauna and jacuzzi was €100 for 1 half hours That's expensive

This was a final stop off before an early flight from Ciampino. The hotel was very well situated for a short drive to the airport. It had a bit of a "motel" feel to it but the rooms were well appointed, spacious, very clean and had a nice terrace to sit on. VContrary to other reviews I had read, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit remote from any other eateries etc so I would not recommend it as a place to saty in itself save to say it is very near a train station so might be a good spot for day trips into Rome centre. It had a good sized pool with bar which was pleasant. We had booked a dinner bed and breakfast rate and I have to say that the food was excellent with good choices on the set menu and tremendous value for money. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. All in all a decent place

Its a little bit soulless.

Pleasant place, convenient if you travel by car. You have park&ride facilities near Metro in a 5 minutes drive. Though it is below Ciampino airport flightpath, it seemed there was a night curfew for planes. Breakfast and pool fine.

Our shower needed urgent renewal. Simply, it was unacceptable. The hotel could receive higher scores if they invest in some renewal.

first of all Desire, the receptionist that welcomed us was very very nice and helpful, she was kind and patience, the rooms and the hotel was cosy, gave us the whole Italian vibe, the food was simple and delicious, very clean and everyone super kind and welcoming, always with an smile… the hotel is not close to the centrum, but they offered great services of transport, between the hotel and the closest station, if you need some kind of service ir hello they were very happy to help and as I said before patience… during the nights you can really disconnect from the chaos that is Rome, hear the nature, it’s very cosy… also Robert the night receptionist was super nice too, the drivers also, kind and friendly, we were on vacations and felt very happy so thank you.

was the morning reception service, we don’t know if they are like that or they were moody, but it stressed us out a little, and that you can heard everything on the hallway few drunken guests, slamming doors, and heels clicking, etc. also the rules of the pool, they should give the service of renting the supplements also in the reception that is always open and not only in the bar…
