The room was confortable and clean, nothing special though. A/C worked perfectly and was so nice in the hot weather. Bring your own chrome cast or similar for the TV! The breakfast was nice and they had gluten free snacks which was lovely. Cleaning every day. Free parking behind gates was a huge plus and we were able to drive everywhere in Rome with an electric car! Cheap drinks at the bar in the evening. The sockets in the room were those with 3 holes, check if you need an adapter!

Hot water ran out for a while one day and I think the hotel is near a polize station or something because there was a constant stream of emergency vehicles going past the hotel. If you're a light sleeper you will definitely want a room away from the street, there the noises weren't too bad.

The breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from the center, but close to the metro. Two stops to Vatican. We had a car. The staff was extraodinarily helpful. The manager Giuseppe is an excellent example of the ideal attitude towards the guests. It was a great pleasure to meet him. We are grateful to him very much, for smiles, sense of humour and readiness to help and give a worthy advice! The room is very clean. New towels every day!

We liked everything.

Beautiful park nearby, friendly staff, our rooms were clean and we liked that very good breakfast was served - a lot to choose from, fruits, dairy products, cheese, different pastry and many other delicious products and dishes.

Our room was on the 6th floor, which I believe was a sort of a loft room and it wasn’t as beautiful as shown in the photos and in one of the rooms we didn’t use the conditioner because as we switched it on a very unpleasant smell started to come out of it and we just switched it off to avoid the smell. It was very late, we were tired and didn’t even inform the staff about the smell, so we don’t know what they would have done in this case. So we just used the other conditioner that was in the other room. But it means - in the small room it was less comfortable to sleep as it was hotter. In some parts of the room it was visible that it needs some redecoration. But overall it was very good. If we decided to travel to Rome, we would most probably choose the same hotel.

Easy check in, they accomodate that our rooms are on the floor on the ground as I need help with my husband who is disabled.The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Good breakfast with fresh croissants which is adequate for continental breakfast. All staff were polite,Mark the bar tender,Geraldine the chambermaid. They were all helpful especially the breakfast staff as they assisted with operating the wheelchair lift.Thank you all as we had a very pleasant stay and definitely value for money.We were a family of 5.

The staff was very helpful & professional. The room was clean and with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location was 2 bus stops away of the metro, which was convenient. We did enjoy our stay at Pinewood hotel.

The bathroom needed a renovation: we didn't see the fan for it. Even if the hotel was located near a bus station & the metro station, it was still a little bit far from the main activities.

The hotel was very good. And it's staff was very courteous and friendly. The front desk guided us on every occasion plus they were very prompt in service. Breakfast was good. And WIFI connectivity was good too. The location is well connected.

For Europeans walking 1.1 kms is short distance but actually it's more than 10 minutes walk. The nearest metro is more than 1 km from the Hotel.

We were traveling by car, but we did not want to drive into the center of Rome. This hotel worked out really well because it had a locked parking lot for our car, and it was very simple access to public transportation to downtown. At check-in the staff helped us with maps and numbers of the different buses and metro lines. That was very helpful. Even after we checked out they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot so we could go back downtown until the evening. When we arrived back after a day of sightseeing they allowed us to plug our phones in in a very comfortable spot in the lobby so we could charge them before we headed out. While we were waiting, the young man serving at the bar brought us some snacks on his own initiative. Very cool!

Good breakfast and selection. Good location. Minutes away from the metro. Bus stop outside the building. Staff were easily available and helpful.

Room wasn’t exactly as shown. Shower knob was broken. Tricky to operate shower. The hotel is a bit dated but decent. Good value. Although location wasn’t bad, being a bit closer to the main attractions would have been better.

A nice hotel in the garden area of Rome. Was really good to sit out in the graden space with a drink by evenings. In fact, very close to Cornelia Metro we walked every day but also bus stop almost in front of hotel to drive to downtown. Good breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable room. A convenient park just across the street to walk out with the dog and with view on St Peter's cupola. Own video guided and closed parking lot which seemed to have been advantageous.

Probably we got a room which was different to what we have seen in the pictures, why we booked this one. It must have been because we travelled with dog. But otherwise OK. Unfortunatly Piazza Cornelia is somewhat neglected. And it is also on Cornelia where hotel could advise us a restaurant worth going to. Groups can be noisy.

Wonderful staff, good location, spaciuos parking place, good public transport connections, relatively good breakfast

Size of a room is rather modest, breakfast room is quite packed most of the mornings, a parking facility seems to be subletted on some days which makes it occasionally difficult to find a free spot.
