Honestly reading the reviews got me a bit worried, but after I got to my room I wonder what people were complaining about. The rooms are clean and warm, great shower, it was also big enough for working and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, all varieties sweet and salty, freshly made too. Big reception that you can relax or even eat in. Staff were very friendly, I got some take out orders and Amazon deliveries, of which they helped me kept, or handed to my room. Location was a bit awkward but it's next to a bus stop which takes you to Metro Ponte Mammolo or going the other direction to Porta di Roma the biggest mall in the city. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was missing a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so the cleaning lady knocked everyday while we were sleeping. Also the room's temperature was a bit too hot that we had to have the windows open 24/7. The room was also not bright enough, some of the lights weren't working.

All in all, everything was in order. Room was cosy and clean, equipped with all necessary stuffs.

In the restaurant it was quite cold, during breakfast we had to wear winter coat. Food was little bit poor.

It was a walking distance from an event we attended during the weekend, that's the reason why we chose the hotel. The staff was super nice, very helpful and courteous. The housekeeper did a great job with our room every day. Great breakfast and the responsible ladies for the cafeteria are extraordinary nice!

We wished the room had a small fridge and more hangers, they only had 3. Also it would be better to have 2 night tables. Toilet seat a little unstable.

After seeing the google reviews, we were afraid of our stay in this hotel. In reception, they promised we will enjoy the stay here and asked us not to worry. To our surprise the room was spacious, luxurious and provided unlimited soft drinks all through the day. Room had a bathtub and extremely well serviced AC. Overall we had an excellent stay.

A little far from metro. But we can get bus frequently.

Very nice and comfortable room with TV and many channels. Enough space for 2 people, new equipment, comfortable bed, warm room during winter period. Nice food in hotel.

On shower only warm water worked and therefore it was impossible to take a shower. Could be an issue for longer stay. Rooms require some maintenance works. Water flush was leaking as well.
