location was good. Close to sights, restaurants and shops

The bathroom, though modern and very clean, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, which was slippery and with no bath mat I had to use the smaller of 2 towels as a bath mat.

It is not the first we choose this place. Quiet area, central location, close to restaurants and tourist hotspots easy to reach on foot. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, very comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In particular, Marco helped us a lot to settle some of our private issues. Good breakfast served in room at appointed time. Will for sure come back.

The electric fireplace was not working properly (not warming up the place and at the same time was making crackling sounds).

Very friendly staff, excelent location, simple but good breakfast (you eat it in your room and you decide at what time between 8 am and 10.30 am each day), bus stop right in front of the hotel even though we walked everywhere, alot of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, nice and big room with a good bed

We couldn't get the full breakfast before 8 am but we got some toast and yoghourt instead

The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and very helpful and polite. Marco the owner is very informative. The staff we couldn’t fault at all, especially MJ she was lovely, and very accommodating.

The access, but it is a old building so nothing they can do about it, it adds to the character. Would we stay again, yes we would.

The room was the best we had in 6 weeks of traveling around Europe, the owner Marcus and his employee James were incredibly helpful. This complex has only 5 rooms, so it's very personal and quiet. It's right on a bus stop also so getting around Rome was very easy. Plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants close by.

Nothing, all was great

Me and a friend stayed in this room last week and we was very impressed. The room itself was lovely. It was very comfortable and felt relaxed to be there with the surrounding warm décor. The room was very large and the bathroom was great. This was in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a short walk to lots of big attractions. We walked everywhere. The host was very friendly and we felt safe in our room and building.

Bathroom is a bit old vs. the room

The bed was comfortable and the shower has good pressure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location, bus stop right in front.

Breakfast table in the room would be useful as it is the only option to have breakfast, but there is not space for it. Water tap in the sink and bide needs a filter changed as the water sprays everywhere.

We spent 10 lovely days in Rome and in this accommodation by Marco. We can not do anything others as to recommend it. Room was every day cleaned, for the breakfast they were open for our request and it was no issue to add for us some vegetable 😉. The stuff were polite, nice and everytime open to help us with some open question (where to go outside for the dinner, how to get on the beach....etc.) Those who will decide to book this hotel, can not do nothing wrong 😉

Location location location. Marco is also very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and private.

Difficult to find from street. It's three floors up, and the signs are small and hard to spot. The hotel is only 5 rooms and it shares a building with businesses and residential.
