Everything about the place! Simonetta couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful; the room was large, also the extremely comfortable bed (so I overslept!) and the ensuite shower-room/toilet. Breakfast was excellent and abundant and there were a cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer available for use if required. My car was safe overnight behind locked gates. Two friendly dogs and two equally friendly donkeys added to the pleasure of the stay (missed seeing the goat!)

Absolutely nothing could have been improved. My only regret is that I could not have stayed for more than one night.

Great breakfast. Location is not fantastic but we knew this ahead of time and were prepared to drive to the main highlighted areas. The manager went out of her way to also help us with tips on the area as well as to book dinner reservations in nearby town. Was also amazed there were no mosquitoes!

water pressure in shower was rather low...this is a "first world" problem to complain about. Not a big deal but the only thing I can think of saying here. It did not affect my overall positive experience ....and at least the water was hot! I'd rather have hot water and low pressure than cold water and high pressure.

If you are not a bike fan, I would say that it is a bit far from Colle del Nivolet and Ceresole (40-60 min by car)

A warm welcome from the owner. Snacks, drinks and fruit available after arrival.Nice breakfast and large breakfast room. Comfortable bedroom. The owner even kindly offered to drive me some way to my next day's cycling destination, when the weather forecast was poor! I didn’t accept as I wanted to cycle the entire route.

You have to walk to the village for an evening meal, but that added to my holiday as the food in the bar/ restaurant was very good.

Simonetta is a lovely host. She is very helpful re: hikes, restaurants and local activities. The place is small and very personal. It is centrally located to many mountain hikes. A nice breakfast is provided at your convenience.

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

Highly recommended! We stayed here to cycle Colle Del Nivolet and it was perfectly located for that. Great value for money and our host was lovely; warm, friendly, kind and even called two restaurants to make reservations for us. Don't consider this- book it on the strength of hospitality alone!

Hostess very attentive and very friendly, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Everything according to the description. Would come back any time and definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent! The room was big, clean, comfortable and there was a clean, well-stocked kitchen we could use. Breakfast was very good and the host was incredibly friendly.

Melanie is a great host, she made us feel very welcome. The room meets the photo’s and is really clean. Location of the house and the surrounding of the mountains is very beautiful. Great place to be if you are riding Colle del Nivolet.

The host Simonette was very caring and we felt like at home, with excellent choice and home made dishes for breakfast. Definitely recommend :)!
