It was a corporate dream, which we usually avoid but this place was chosen to get us in a travel position to get on the train to Geneva, Lyons and Avignon. Just a place to rest our heads. It was fine.

Very well kept place, except the floor (rubber?) in the first floor stairwell was torn up. maybe everyone takes the elevator but walked up the stairs.

We booked executive suite and stayed with 2 kids. It was really much space for us, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Free parking on front of the hotel. Big Grocery shop was just 4 mins ( by car) away from the hotel. Free bottles of water in the room. Bed was comfortable same as pillows. The blanket was warm and lightweight.

This room was modernised but the bath was very old and not clean. The water from taking shower in the bath also leaked on the floor. Furniture had many stains on it. Fridge didn't work and was smelling. Hair dryer was not in the room so we had to call reception first.

I recommend this Hotel, the stuff is very nice and the price is also good. we came to Milan by car, and if you don't have a car you can easily go to the center. At about 10 minutes' walk there is an underground railway, which for a special price to the center is about 2,50 euros and you get on right at the cathedral. The next day we drove to the center because we wanted to see the city, but it was very difficult to find a parking lot and we paid 20 euros for about 5 hours. A taxi would cost you around 30 euros one way. All in all, a wonderful weekend spent in Milan.

the price really high, breakfast at 18eur per person is definitely quite overpriced especially considering the cost of the room, it would do with a touch of renovation , the lounge area of our family room didn’t have convenient sockets to recharge, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working properly and there’s no ventilation in the bathroom

The room and breakfast were very good. The location was excellent as it was walking distance from office where I used to work everyday.

I had problem with pillows. Using one pillow was very soft and low. And when I used two pillows then they were not comfortable. It is recommended to provide one of the pillows to be slightly harder and thick.

Breakfast, Breakfast I know you pay little extra for but its really worth it, it’s the best breakfast I have ever had in a really long time.

Air conditioning didn’t keep up my room cold had to switch room, it’s much better and it’s newly remodeling better than the first room. It would be nice if they had shuttle bus to the nearest metro station.

the service, they provide things without a questions as many as I like and they don't get irretated. getting the room was the most easiest part, they kept it simple

it's not that I dislike but I just don't understand about how you need to bring a real passports for children since sometimes not all internationals go to hotels other than that it's all good

Perfect if you want to be close to Linate airport, as super close (8 min car ride). While we got a double room with a sofa bed, it had plenty of space for 3 people and a dog. It was all super clean, great shower, dark blinds, and super friendly staff. It is possible to part in front at no cost, which is awesome.

The shuttle to the airport is not working, which is a pity, considering that is the main reason to stay there.

Everything. Great, big and comfortable room. Biggest bed we've ever had! Great staff. Great breakfast. Impressive designs. Super happy with everything and recommend 100%!

It's a bit far from the train station or public transport. Expect to catch a taxi, or walk 16 minutes to the metro. The gym was limited, with no bar equipment. Dinner options limited. But otherwise, loved the hotel!

Good breakfast. It was very clean.

It didn’t have a table where to put the luggage on. I had to put it on the floor to open it. I am a 71 yrs old, It was very uncomfortable. It is the only complain I have.
