The friendly hosts are present on the premises and ready to respond to any request for assistance. The room and attached bath are large and more than adequate for a short stay. Parking is convenient and costless. It's an added advantage to be able to dine so well at the restaurant downstairs, whether for the included breakfast or for a paid meal (try the freshly made pasta) at other hours.

Very nice apartment, clean and warm. The Owner has a Pizzeria & Osteria in the same building if someone wants to have dinner there. Parking is located in front of the building, in a public space. The breakfast is in Italian style but very delicious. Definitely I would stay there again if I pass through the area.

Very good pizza in the restaurant right under the b&b, and fabulous breakfast with delicious cornetto, coffee and spremuta di arancia. Very nice, clean room and welcoming owners. There was a very good Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Tuscany. It was a little of the autostrada in a very small town. The old men at the village square loved to have a small conversation and were not bothered by our bad Italian. The Bed and Breakfast was great: Clean and cool rooms, enough space to place the foldable bed for our two-year old daughter. Excellent hosts who made some good suggestions about what dishes we would probably want to try. They also did not mind having a friendly chat on all kinds of trivial things. Food was excellent, especially the Gorgonzola from the region. I totally understand why the Italian men that stayed here for a night and left early because of their schedules all seemed to be frequent guests: Friendly hosts, nice rooms, good food. 10/10 would recommend.

Very, very tasty and plentiful breakfast, do book it with the room, you don't want to miss the experience. Owner runs a small restaurant at the ground floor, so lunch and dinner are only meters away.

No private parking spaces. There are two public parking areas nearby but free spaces are not guarantied.

Everything! Big room and bathroom, super clean with everything handy. The owners are awesome, delicious pizza , if you want to eat there. Massimo and Fulvia are awesome, even given tips for our trip. They made me fell at home, caring people. I would definitely stayed there !
