This hotel is well kept and maintained and clean. Its Staff were very good and always helpful suggesting many night spots and good restaurants too. Its close to the beach but the room it was very cramped and small...for a family of 3 people the beds were touching each other. It well within walking distance to the town center and we enjoyed our time there. Its Bar was well stocked but only sparsely manned... the receptionist had to make our drinks in the evenings except one day when the Barman turned up and he was a joy to chat with :)

Very small triple rooms, it felt like the 3rd bed was an afterthought!

I had booked this hotel a while back. Then on reading some of the reviews I had contemplated changing hotels. I am glad I did not. The biggest thing is the location. It is a 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and a 16 min to Cala Brandachi beach. Both really beautiful and very child friendly. The town center is a pleasant 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants and shopping.Breakfast is typical of what you will find on the island. Yes things to run out but staff are quick to replenish.

The balcony of the neighbouring room was attached to our room and we were literally face to face with the other guests. Some sort of screening between the balconies would be useful

Super close to the beach - we asked the receptionist to borrow an umbrella which we used for our stay! Free and plentiful parking at hotel. Room was comfy and clean, enough space for two people, with a safe and a mini fridge, and balcony had view of the sea. Breakfast was good and included in our price. 10% discount at the restaurant across the street that offers great food. On our checkout day we were able to stay on the beach, and use the outdoor shower to rinse off and the lobby’s bathroom to change - so appreciated.

Checkout is a little early (10 AM) and breakfast window is only 2 hours.

Great location, clean

One receptionist was not the friendliest. She tried giving us the worst room on the property - on the main floor with the window directly in front of the bike rack overlooking the main patio. I nicely asked a number of times for a different room, but she said it was full. When I actually saw the room, I knew I couldn’t stay in there. I went again to speak with her about a different room. Only at that point she gave me a new room. She had a different room the entire time, but for some reason wouldn’t just give it to us - same room rate and everything. The new room was one floor higher and looked out to the trash cans, but it was better than the first room with no privacy.

The room was huge, modern and tasteful and very clean. the shower and eveything worked wel and the beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My young daughter loved the garden and played there every morning after breakfast

I understand the reason for not being able to eat in the room but it might be nice to have an area where visitors can bring home a takeaway (pizza) and eat together as eating out everyday is difficult sometimes with young children

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and so was the breakfast staff. The two Ilarias at the front desk were great. The room and the whole facility were very clean. Very good breakfast. The location to La Cinta beach is exceptional. The hotel has beach towels for a small fee and free umbrellas. The beach also has umbrellas and vey comfortable chairs to rent for the day. Good restaurant across the street from the hotel. Easy walk to the city center. Excellent value for the money!!!! We would strongly recommend!!!!

The furniture in the garden needs to be replaced.

The location by the beach was great, within walking distance from the town centre. The hotel had a nice patio and garden area surrounded by trees, lovely for reading a book and enjoying an Aperol Spritz (the bartender was very friendly and drinks reasonably priced). Friendly staff. Breakfast had lactose-free milk which was a nice surprise!

The breakfast room was a bit clinical, could have done with some colour and decoration. Same with the rooms: while they are clean, comfortable and recently renovated, a bit more colour would not go amiss. Also, the shower did not have a shelf to hold shower gels and shampoos.

Location is excellent near beautiful sandy beach and fantastic sea. Short stroll to town. As guest, 10% off restaurant across road , well recommended. Clean comfortable hotel, Staff helpful and pleasant especially Walter mixologist and barman ..what a gentleman! Also Carlos who did late night cap drinks....Great stay

Minor grumble , no tea making facility in room and not many drawers for clothes.

Hotel is situated directly on the beach - seaview is worth the extra dollar. 15 min to the city centre by foot but also nice pizzeria just across the street. Good breakfast with good efficient service (the buffet is never empty even in high time txs to good staff)

Parking space in the hotel is limited, mostly overfull when returning after 1800. Reception staff is a bit reserved.

Proximity to a beautiful beach. Within walking distance of the village where there is a good selection of lovely restaurants and a few bars. Very good breakfast with a good selection of savoury and sweet foods to satisfy all tastes. Lovely terrace and gardens. Three lovely restaurants are also close by the hotel. The restaurant opposite also has a little playground for children of customers to play in.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was lovely.
