Absolutely loved the property, the pretty and immaculately clean room, the extra comfortable bed, the adorable and attentive hosts, the heavenly garden, the surrounding landscape, the good breakfast under that incredible pergola, the ease of parking… Everything was made to ensure we have the best and most relaxing time. All was perfect. Thank you! The absence of wifi in the rooms was a bit inconvenient but not a huge problem really if you are coming there to relax and detach. The wifi works well in the garden and common areas.

We went there in beginning of June 2023, everything was amazing! The staff was kind and helpful. Very good breakfast. The hotel has also a Rent a car company which makes a huge difference in prices, it's considerably cheaper than the ones at the airport, even with the transfer service which is an extra! The Rent a car is Sardarent and they also was amazing! We definitely recommend both! Thank you everyone!

The wi fi in our room was not good, just works outsid the door... the staff tried hard, but doesn't got it :(

Tastefully furnished room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Air conditioning is working, wifi is good. Cleaned daily. Private terrace with table, chairs and a laundry rack to dry your beach clothes. The whole place is well maintained and you can see that the owners thought of everything and took care of the details. Continental-style breakfast is served on a garden terrace, quality food, all variants of eggs will be prepared on demand. Our hosts were always helpful and attentive and gave us lots of recommendations what to do and see in the area. The Hotel is on a street but there is not much traffic and we were not bothered at all by any car noises.

None, just a note for guests: the place is a bit outside of San Teodoro, in a small village without shopping facilities or places to eat. There is a bus stop but you cannot rely on the schedule, so you need to have a car. We took a car from the hotel's own rental service at a very fair price.

Comfortable bed, daily cleaning, delicious freshly made breakfast, pleasant and kind staff! Loved our stay!

Wifi connection was poor, but I am assuming it is like that all over Sardegna

Very nice staff, perfect location close to the best beach and close to the center where the restaurants are located. Very helpful owners, gave us tips where to go (beaches) and let us use their storage to keep our luggages on our last day.

Nothing to complain about it.

The breakfast was great: rich buffet with fruit, local cheese and ham, yoghurt, bread, homemade cake, cereals, nuts and seeds,…). The rooms are well designed and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was really friendly and provided useful recommendations.

Wi-Fi was not working in the room.

This is a nice hotel with nice garden and good breakfast.

There is a road in front of the hotel which is not very pleasant, but everything else was good.

Everything was perfect.. Sabrina is a lovely person.. always smiling and willing to give advice.. The room.. lovely decoration , very confortable bed.. Great bathroom. Lovely breakfast, fresh, delicious homemade cakes. Would definitely recommend.
