Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great food, free shuttle service to La Cinta beach

Club activities geared towards Italian speakers (and you have to pay for them regardless), lots of chlorine and mandatory swim caps in pool

Very friendly staff, beach-front (although the beach is only average compared to Sardinia beaches), nice animation team, good food, hotel offers bike rental, which we used and the bikes were very comfy.

The hotel beach was just an average. I recommend to either walk to the Spiagga Isuledda - about 1,5 km away (20 minutes walk) or to rent the bikes and ride to the La Cinta beach (you have to overcome one hill on each way). Both La Cinta and Isuledda beaches are about the same quality in terms of sand or water. La Cinta is quite big, with a lot of young people, Isuledda is much smaller.

We had a good time with our daughter, we liked everything, the service staff is wonderful, the room is always clean, the food is delicious. Thank you very much xx

Great and delicious food, cool entertainment program, perfect for families. The whole grounds are very pleasant and the individual bungalows are cozy. Very close to the beach and not far from some really remarkable beaches. Polite and helpful staff.

A bit away from San Teodoro but this has also a plus side. In 20 min walk you are there so not really a drawback. So basically we liked everything :-)

Apart from the town, the walk is hill with no pedestrian lane. The front desk recommends taking a taxi which will charge between 10-20 euros One way for less than a kilometer distance. The last day there was a show : American theme. They displayed the confederate flag all day for a western show. I found it so uncomfortable, and offensive. I think the show crew need to make more research when selecting the decor for the shows . This was the last impression we had of the hotel and it will be the last.

I think, the only advantage of this hotel is they it’s located not too far from the bus to the airport, as well as there are plenty of companies in the city, which can organize a boat tour for you. Hotel has a tourist agency as well and their boat tours depart from the hotel beach. It’s really hard to catch someone in that tourist agency in the hotel. They are never there so we weren’t able to organize anything with them!

Apart from the tourist agency stuff, which wasn’t available on site almost never, I also disliked their beach. Super shallow and the location is far from great! You have to pay 10€ for the frontline, although the beach is crap! There are beautiful beaches in Sardinia but this one is just a disappointment. The rooms are old, the walls are made of paper and you can hear your neighbors breathe. I felt like they took the cheapest bed frame and out the cheapest mattress on it. The terrace which we were “promised” isn’t a terrace at all. Maybe, a small balcony, maybe? So many people didn’t speak English that it was even embarrassing to call this hotel a 4* total hotel. We could offer also German but they didn’t speak that either. On of the days during our stay it started to rain in the afternoon and there was literally nothing to do in this hotel! They don’t even have WiFi in the rooms! Animation team spoke only Italian, so we needed to guess the moves during the Pilates sessions. Food was okay, although breakfast was just bad! First of all, everything was packaged in plastic, secondly the selection was just a joke! Not a single vegetable for breakfast and only not even ripe fruits! Deserts looked like they were industrially pre-made and the rebaked. Really bad! This hotel isn’t a 4* hotel and not worth visiting. Money-value-service is just questionable. Apologizing for such a bad review but this is true!
