The staff is so nice & helpful. Hotel is super clean. Location great for walking into the center, but we had no problem finding free street parking. Breakfast was good & came with really nice cappuccino, we appreciate that!

The pillows, but when I mentioned it at check out, they said they have others, so my fault! There were some obnoxious cats outside screaming a lot at night. But I guess if your window is closed & ac on, you wouldn’t hear them. There’s construction going on across the street, but it typically stops in evening & doesn’t start too early. My biggest complaint is we could not get the AC to cool in our room. We should have had the staff show us how before we took the room. We thought we had it on, but at 3am we were hot & couldn’t get it cool. 😖 Oh, and also note that Booking says “taxes & fees included”, but the city tax is still extra.

Where do I start? Artemide is an amazing hotel! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they made a big fuss of my two year old. Breakfast is delicious and varied, we ate downstairs as rain was threatened but on good weather days breakfast is on the roof. The room we stayed in (301) had a private half sheltered terrace with an incredible view and is right across from the communal terrace with the jacuzzi pool (which we used, it was so peaceful). The shower is huge and had fun colour changing lights like a spa (toddler loved these!) and loads of different settings. The bed has a lovely firm mattress and the room is spotlessly clean. There are just so many great things about this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff even thoughtfully provided umbrellas for the day that rain was forecast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Artemide to anyone staying in San Vito Lo Capo :)

The staff spoke very good English and were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight for me, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh.

The main reason we chose this hotel was that it was advertised as having an outdoor swimming pool. When we arrived we were told this was not the case and it should not have been in the hotel details. They actually had an outdoor jacuzzi instead.

The property was very clean we had a suite and the room was big with a furnished terrace, mini bar, slippers tv. Nice clean and bright in all areas. The terrace for breakfast was really nice with the jacuzzi in front overlooking the sea in front and the Mountain View to the side. A very good selection of hot cold and sweet breakfast items. Staff where very informative and helpful all smiling and welcoming. The service provided at this hotel where far superior to the hotel we stayed in the night before which called itself a 5 star property.

Nothing I loved this hotel

Great location - within a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main stretch of restaurants/shops. Clean & comfortable rooms with good air conditioning - so nice to come back to after a long day at the beach. Parking was provided at a secure lot a few minutes away. Once you arrive at the hotel, one of the staff will take your car to the carpark. Whenever you need to access your car again, you will be promptly picked up by a shuttle bus that takes you to the lot. When we checked out, we were given the option of either having our car brought to the hotel or for the shuttle to take us to the lot again.

The staff was SO nice. The room was huge. The location was perfect. The rooftop was beautiful with a pool and chairs. The breakfast food was good but the staff running the breakfast were the star of the show -- so nice and considerate. The beach and all restaurants were definitely walkable.

The shower had good water pressure but leaked onto the bathroom floor a little.

Great staff. Everyone at the reception and breakfast were super helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good.

Mattress was very hard, to the point I woke up every night with back pain. And I’m usually ok with hard mattresses. I also think the bathroom could have some shelves for shampoo and soap - we had to leave everything on the shower floor. Location is good - not the best possible though.

Neat hotel with excellent facilities in a quiet part of town. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast v. good (GF options provided). Our room on the top floor had rooftop views from the private balcony. Jacuzzi was good if a little cold. Easy access out to the wonderful Zingaro Nature reserve.

Liked it all - great place

Very modern and clean. Great location. Loved roof too terrace with hot tub to chill around before heading to dinner. Water is cold so didn’t use due to temp not being very warm in the afternoon.

Breakfast day 1 has pretty much run out of ham/ cheeses, rolls and croisssnts. Not much left and staff said they had run out so could not restock. We went down half hour before end time so should have been restocked.

Very clean, very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful at check-in and even provided us with beach towels free of charge. The room was spacious, spectacularly clean (and cleaned very well every day) and luxurious with modern finishes everywhere. Air conditioning was very strong, a huge plus given the heat in Sicily this summer.
