Excellent value for money, delicious and copious breakfast, clean and modern room. Central location next to the main street of San Vito lo Capo (and a well-stocked supermarket), and a short walk from the beach. Free parking in a private parking facility.

Due to its central location the room was quite noisy at night, we had to sleep with the window closed. The bathroom was less than perfect (the shower cabin could not be closed fully, there was no place to store the soap and our toothbrushes). The parking area was pretty far from the accomodation (~15 minutes of walking).

Nice clean and modern accommodation with a lovely terrace (especially to have breakfast). Very comfortable room. The breakfast was the best I had in Sicily I would say it’s worth getting up a bit earlier for. Bonus is the TV has the ability to change language to the original! Owners were very accommodating.

As a few others have said I agree it would be nice to have a kettle and some cups in the room (even just for drinking water from).

Staff was really kind and helpful with all the recommendations. Place looks new, well maintained and charming. I really liked the entrance with the water to wash your beach sand-covered feet before you enter your room. Location is great, supermarket is 6 metres away and the walking street is 50 meters away. Breakfast was nice too, especially all the pastry and of course the cannoli.

Parking is essentially on the other side of the town, which is basically useless unless you don't use your car for the time you are there. Room was very small, but clean and well maintained. There was an Internet blackout for 14 hours, but in all fairness not because of the owners. Early check-out. Almost all places in Italy have this ridiculous check-out at 10:00 or 11:00 which is quite annoying as most hotels use noon as standard.

Such a lovely selection of food for breakfast, all laid out for us at the terrace.

Parking near the accommodation was not an issue for us as we reached there late in the evening and left straight after breakfast. However, more information would be useful about the the availability of parking in the street nearby.

Stylish hotel with a strong design aspect to the rooms and outdoor area - very appealing. Excellent location just off the Main Street.

Free parking was a 15 minute walk away. Town parking planning not the fault of the property, but would have been good to have closer options - even if we had to pay.

Vincenzo is arguably the best host I met. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone visiting San Vito Lo Capo.

Our apartment was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable with excellent design. Only a short walk to the beach and to the town centre. The staff were excellent and gave us plenty of advice for what to do in the local area.

The private parking was a bit further away than expected and took around 15 minutes to walk to which was fine for us. This is unlikely to be a problem unless you are using your car every day though.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff! There was free parking provided, a 10 minute walk from the b&b. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and cleaned daily.

Everything. The location of the hotel is very good and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was great, had everything you need for such a stay. The breakfast was awesome. I really liked that they had several different local pastries and fruits, as well as a varied sortiment of coffees.

I honestly can't think of anything. We enjoyed our at the hotel stay very much. The staff was always very helpful and supportive. The rooms are big and very good equiped. And the breakfast was great!

Best breakfast in Italy with fresh sweet and salty dishes, scrambled eggs and fruit. Very friendly and helpful manager and employees. Very clean. Excellent terrace to eat breakfast with views and perfectly located in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and modern supermarket. Private Parking for free only 10 minutes walking distance. Room was compact with safe, small fridge and a very good aircon.

You can hear the supermarket delivery/ logistics from below in the morning due to bad sound proof of walls (as almost anywhere in Italy). Maybe some more opportunity to hang/dry bathing sfuff/ towels.
