The breakfast was excellent, served in a little glass room in the garden surrounded by palms and man made waterfalls. The facility is decorated to a very high standard and there is excellent sitting space both inside and outside. Its main attrtaction for my wife was the closeness to Punta Secca, the location of Montalbano's apartment.

The air conditioning could have been a little more effective, but in the end we didnt need it as the temperature of the room was fine. Could be an issue in hotter weather.

The location was perfect, very close to Punta Secca and we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and swimming in the pool! The trees on the grounds were majestic, and the huge old carob tree had beautiful bright red blooms.

We only booked this property as our previous two bookings were canceled by the owners and we were struggling to find a place to stay after a long day driving. When we arrived, the gentleman greeted us and showed us to our room and he was generally pleasant. It’s a shame I cannot say the same about the woman who verbally attacked me for leaving the door open and apparently let the cat in while I was unloading the car. I apologised but she wasn’t letting it go. The room was cold and I accepted that as we hadn’t given a lot of notice of our arrival. What I couldn’t accept was that she said that she wouldn’t heat the room because we arrived with short notice and that we had to use the blankets supplied in the room! No effort was made to provide alternative heating and we had to endure an uncomfortably cold night. I will not return nor recommend this property due to the attitude of the host, which is a shame because the property is otherwise very nice and the gentleman that greeted us was very pleasant.

the lady working there was so rude to me because the gate was unlocked and opened it after ringing the bell several times and it was not that serious. she was literally screaming. the AC did not work and they said the controlled it and turned it on later.. never did. my boyfriend has to open the balcony door to cool the room down which was at 23 degrees Celsius. the wifi did not work and she didn’t even offer to restart it or anything. the bathroom smelled like mold, not healthy for anyone to breath in and made the entire room smell bad as well.
