We had 4 nights at this very charming hotel!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay here but most of all it was the people that make this place stand out above all else!!! Francesco was so kind and helpful!! He went out of his way to help us - recommended awesome restaurants and also booked them for us (plus we then got a discount at the restaurant)! We enjoyed our conversations with him very much (great sense of humour & a genuinely nice guy)! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly!! Loved the decor and also the set out of the rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony!! Included breakfast was great as well!! Close to everything! Francesco even drove us down to the port for our ferry ride to Bonifacio!! Thank you so much, we will always remember our stay in Santa Teresa Gallura!! Highly recommended!!!

We have just returned home from our stay as a family of 4 and wow what can I say everything was prefect from start to finish. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming and always eager to help with anything we needed. Special mention to the cleaners as the hotel is spotless. Francesco made us a reservation for the best restaurant in town and also gave us a lift to another beach as we hadn’t hired a car - thank you much appreciated ☺️. Breakfast was delicious and everything you could want with some hot and cold options. The local beach is one of the best in Sardinia and you will need to book a space 72 hours in advance using the website - the hotel can advise on this. Very clean room and beds very comfortable we were so impressed it’s one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect!

The location. It was walkable to everything and there was easy off road parking. It was very friendly and Francesco and the other staff were very helpful and kind. One night it was pouring with rain and it was asked if it was possible to book a taxi. We were immediately offered a lift instead and taken to the door of the restaurant we had booked. Not only that, my partner suddenly realised he hadn’t got his camera bag with him and phoned the hotel to ask if he’d left it at the bar or in the car. They checked those and then checked our room. There it was, the camera bag was safe and sound and they phoned to let my partner know! Nothing seemed too much trouble for them at the hotel. The breakfast was great - good selection of food including savoury and sweet and also some local food to try.

We liked it all but the best thing was the people that ran it!

Great staff, heavenly service, we got everything we asked for, children were loved. The location is great. We got a large family room (but would have liked a sliding doors between the rooms). The breakfast was rich and tasty (perhaps there could have been a little more fresh fruits and vegetables).

I would have liked a kettle and a microwave in the hotel room, but we got a kettle when we asked. The hotel is a bit depreciated, but the decorations created coziness. Nothing negative to say, we got the best service in Sardinia.

A beautully appointed welcoming hotel perfectly sited to take advantage of iconic views from St Teresa Gallura to Corsica. The best position for sightseeing and walking around the old town. Family run, there appears to be no inquiry too frivolous or need, neglected. Restaurant recommendations proved superior. The room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great and local foods featured, you can boil eggs too. As a couple in their 70s from Australia travelling without a car we were extended additional courtesies and advice for which we are very grateful. The family should be commended 😍

Absolutely charming property in an ideal location! The views are gorgeous and equally wonderful are the staff who truly make you feel as though you are staying at a home away from home. Francesco went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a terrific variety of options including local treats. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed. We chose to stay in a room with a view and were extremely happy with the lovely adjoining shared terrace.

A little bit different in style and decor. Room was lovely, comfortable, quiet, with small balcony and sea view. Extremely good location- close to beach and main square but still quiet.

Hotel da Cecco is a charming hotel, agreeably situated close to both the town centre and the sea in Santa Teresa Gallura. It’s a family run business and they exemplify what excellent hospitality looks like. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived late at night, but we were warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The bedrooms, breakfast room and common areas were all beautifully maintained and sparkling clean. The breakfasts were lovely, and included local delicacies and we were cheerfully looked after by the charming Francesco who was great company and a tireless source of local information and knock out cappuccinos. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and no request was too much. We would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much Francesco and to your family and the other staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will return!

I can't think of a single thing that would have made our stay better. The hotel and the staff who run it are excellent hosts. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel! The staff were soooooo friendly! The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely the BEST! Ocean view! Continental great Breakfast was included as well as feee parking for our rental car. We had stayed at another airbnb type apartment in town for 5 days prior to changing to this hotel and the experience at the other place was awful. We were so happy to be here at Hotel Da Cecco! We highly recommend!

The location and the welcome was great. So many great restaurants, shops and bars from as little as 100 metres away. Our welcome to what seems like a family run hotel was warm and welcoming. We parked right out front. The hotel had a good lift to take us to the second floor and our room had 2 separate bedroom areas. We were there on a Monday night and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the town late at night . People enjoying life everywhere and til quite late. We would have liked to stay longer but sadly had to leave.
