Such an amazing place, with amazing staff and great breakfast. There was a parking spot in front of the place and our car was safe there. The breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and looked amazing. I enjoyed the rock walls and the antique look of the place. There's a garden where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning Our room was called Monterosso and it had a little table and two chairs in front of the door. You can enjoy staying up there and having a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset with your companion.

The bed. It wasn't that pleasant to sleep in. There were two beds in one and they get separated times to times. Also the wood under the bed was broken and it wasn't that comfortable. Sometimes walking into the bathroom it can be smelly (we always close the toilet lid and still sometimes you could smell it- but it might have been coming from the bidet) Despite everything, i would gladly go back there.

The staff and owner were very polite and friendly. There was a nice small sitting area outside our room. There is a very big supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a small fridge in the room. The mattress was very comfortable. The whole place was spotlessly clean.

We had to park our car on the road in front of the guest house over night. There is only off road parking for three cars and a couple of motor bikes for 5 or 6 guest rooms. However, the road was pretty quiet.

Despite being located just off a busy road, the guesthouse was quiet and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance (even if you do have to be wary of the traffic). The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was good. A nice guesthouse for an overnight stopover.

Location isn't great but that's not so much of an issue if you're using it as a stopover.

Very cozy place, huge and clean rooms, staff was extremly friendly and polite.

It gets really tight with the parking spots. There's only 4 real spots with a 5th one being next to a railing / stairs where it's extremly hard to park.

The outdoor seating was great , staff were friendly- he made us a pot of tea when we arrived and was gracious, breakfast was delicious and generous. The rooms were very clean.

…..it was a long walk to a restaurant on a hot night, the garden was overgrown.

Beds were comfy, room was nice and cozy, the staff was great and there were plenty of nice touches including good toiletries and even sweets on our pillows, super nice details.

We could hear our neighbors TV and even their voices, sound insulation wasn't great

Property with decent size rooms and comfy beds, good amenities and quality breakfast. The location is convenient, close to highways and the coast. The host family is very friendly and so is the family dog, but it helps to speak Italian.

Very weak WIFI in some rooms, also the garden chairs can be uncomfortable.

Very nice staff, big room, modern bathroom and free parking. Every morning a nice breakfast.

Location was okay if you want to travel to La Spezia. It's a 10min walk to the train station but keep in mind the trains are not going on schedule and sometimes you have to wait a few hours.

Very clean room,easy access for my wheelchair. Staff excellent and welcoming.Good breakfast and offered us more if we wanted.
