The Staff is amazing, especially in taking care of your "special" needs and they really pay attention to the details. My partner is gluten intolerant and both the kitchen and the staff were really careful about the food selection and prove to be flexible.

The location is perfect in the winter season for skiing - literally 30 seconds from the ski lift. But there isn't much to do around the off-season. The restaurant at the mountain hut is closed so there are no refreshment points or open toilets

Everything was amazing! The hotel was sparkling clean. The room had a breathtaking view. The food was exceptional and the staff was super friendly. They even prepared us a basket of breakfast to take with us becuase we checked out early in the morning. We reserved the spa one evening and had an amazing time there. Also the hotel is very close to the ski gondola and is positioned in a great location.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. From staffs, hotel amenities and the room are superb. I love the place. If you’re looking for a peaceful, chill and relaxing vacation, this is the one for you. Too bad that we only stayed for one night since we have a tight schedule. But we will surely comeback next time for a longer stay!!!

I really would have liked an ala carte dinner menu with the prices clearly written. The only official option at the restaurant is this very long and elaborate multi course dinner which I didn't want. But ordering just some dishes out of this menu was disappointing. The portion size of each thing is tiny because it's meant to go in the multi course prix fix dinner. Spa is amazing. Perhaps there is a way to keep the pool and whirlpool clean without using Chorine?

I could rant about the amazing location and view, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, delicious food, great wine and drink selection, spa, activities etc… But what really makes this place special and above and beyond is the staff. Every single one of them is genuinely invested in making sure you have the most enjoyable stay! They are friendly, knowledgeable about what to do, the food and drinks. I even heard that they took some of the guests along for a “local” bike ride. We sure will be back! Thanks to the entire team for making those couple of days so perfect!

- The view from our room was incredible. The room itself was also very clean, had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable. - The breakfast and dinner were top class. There was more than enough choice. - The staff was kind and very helpful. - Perfect hotel for a relaxt, quiet time in the mountains with a beautiful view. We had a very nice holiday and would like to thank the complete staff for making it such a great time.

We travel a lot and stay in many different hotels. But honestly, we have never experienced such amazing service level as this hotel provides. The staff is friendly and kind and no question is to much. The view is amazing such as the pool and the Wellness facilities. I would really recommend to book half board because (you can guess it already) dinner was amazing too! Thank you.

Everything perfect

All round excellent hotel. The valley view from the bedroom and the rooftop spa is unbelievable. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very nice. One of the best things about the hotel is that it’s located right beside the cable car which brings you to 2100m and then you are at the start of many waymarked hiking trails.
