Location is very nice and quite. The villa grounds are very well-kept. The pool is fantastic, very comfortable and perfectly maintained. Big parking are inside the villa. Working air conditioning. Large deck. A very nice beach is a 15 minute walk away. The village of Donnalucata is fantastic, all what is needed for the holidays can be found there.

Kitchen could be better equipped. Overall it was quite decent, however it will be good to have more basic tools like cutting board or kettle. Also the case with trash bins is totally incomprehensible. Entire facility is closed behind the fence. No outsider can enter the area without knowing the gate code. So why all trash bins are closed with a padlock all the time. They are opened only in the evening, the day before the collection of specific waste.

Thanks to such a good host I discovered Sicily at its best. It was a pleasure to come back every day to a clean apartment with a spacious terrace to have dinner. The air conditioning was very useful and we were glad that it cooled both our bedrooms. We had understanding, support and good conditions.

I think we set ourselves up to have a great vacation, so we just didn't let certain little things get in our way.

This place is a Gem in heaven , the communication with the host is perfect and the lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful..... The rooms were very clean and modern and the pool area is very relaxing and nice , the whole place felt very safe especially with young children , I would highly recommend !

Our holiday was too short , surly book for longer next time.

We loved our stay ............if you want to be picky, The Toaster did not work but not a problem there was an oven with a grill. I didn't like people around me smoking by the pool as they put them out in the hedge but it happens every where.

immaculately kept property and pool was equipped with all we needed for a great family holiday. staff were really helpful. shutters meant we all slept brilliantly and even got a lie in!

the location was good for exploring nearby areas by car but the walk into Donnalucata was along a busy road so not ideal with kids.

The swimming pool was perfect, the kitchen was nice but missing some equipment that would be nice to have.

WIFI is an entire disaster, I was unable to open or watch anything online with this very slow connection. The game room has only very basic equipment but can be a bit better if getting a set of rackets costs 10€ so can enjoy the game.

The property was the perfect size for our 2 small families (x2 couples + 3kids under 5yrs). We simply loved the garden surrounding the property and the terrace in front of the living area. The fact that it was at ground floor level was very convenient for us with young kids. It's super safe and properly gated. Car access is perfect and incredibly convenient. Pool area is gorgeous! Everything was SO CLEAN!! very well kept. Hosts were incredibly helpful and nice. Property is just up the road from the towns centre and beach. Can't recommend enough 👌👌💯

The only two very minor things i didnt like were the kettle-needs to be changed. It doesnt have an off switch; it's very small and it trips the electricity of the entire villette when used with other appliances. The bed corner sticks out quite a bit and we bumped our knees quite badly a few times since the rooms are not large. But the beds are very comfortable and a very decent size.

The property grounds were amazing! Lovely garden and brilliant pool, all kept in very good condition. The apartment was very clean and the balcony was large with great views. Hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Air con was very much appreciated!!

The furniture on the balcony was only wooden table and chairs, it would have been nice to have something a bit comfier. We did ask for a sun lounger and 1 got delivered.

First 5 minutes of walk into town on quite busy road with no pavement and a lot of litter
