very close to the airport convenient shuttle to take you to the airport starting at 4:30 in the morning. Nice restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Dinner portions are very large convenient. Self-service breakfast in the morning for eight euro rooms are on the small side, but very nicely, decorated and very clean. To get into town you can take the shuttle to the airport and there’s a clean new metro turtle take you into Torreno. 

property is difficult to get to if you’re not driving a car or using an Uber or a taxi. bathrooms and bedrooms are very small and compact, but nicely laid out very small, narrow elevators.

Chose this hotel as its close to the airport and we had an early flight. The shuttle bus was an enormous attraction as it simplified our plans. The booking was made at the last moment due to disrupted travel plans and all went very well. We had an excellent lunch at the hotel and the shuttle was there as promised in the early morning. We went for a short walk from the hotel into the nearby village. The room facilities were good.

I would have liked a more comprehensive bill at check out, with more details Also whilst its not a criticism of the hotel it would be helpful if the staff at the airport knew where the hotel shuttle buses could be found.

The continuous free shuttle service to and from the airport and to the nearby metro station was excellent. The staff was so friendly and courteous. I was offered a free upgrade upon arrival. The room was very comfortable, clean, and functional. The room temperature was easy to regulate. The windows were well screened. The washroom was small but had sufficient space. The walk-in shower had multiple functions with rainshower and massage. I appreciated the eco-friendly organization. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

I would have given the hotel a 10 if it weren't for the uncomfortable pillows (hard and flat)....suggestion to change this.

Proximity to the airport.

You had to log into the Hotels website to access their directory. No paper any more. So the in house dining menu was non existent so I had to go to the ground floor and choose what I wanted. When it arrived there was an additional 6 euros added to the bill for room service. I complained and it was immediately removed. The grounds on approach were a hot mess. Lift your game BW.

Our stay was excellent in many ways. Most noticeable is the Staff, who worked hard to accommodate our needs. We had a problem with an overly hot room. A technician was sent to remedy the problem, but nothing helped. The Front Desk saved our stay by giving us a different room just across the hall, making for an easy move. The new room was everything the other wasn't. We had a restful, comfortable, and cool nights sleep. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the Hotel restaurant and indeed, the breakfast was wonderful!! Caring attention to all aspects defines this Hotel and I highly recommend a stay here. It is conveniently close to Linate Airport Milan and offers a free airport shuttle.

Rooms facing the airport tend to be very hot in the afternoon.

Great location, very close to the airport. Staff very professional and efficient. Room size, cleanliness and sound insulation. Eco-friendly with multilingual awareness notices and use of dispensers instead of small bottles.

Some parts of the room are a little bit dated and could be improved (eg wardrobe), but the overall comfort was still good. Great to use dispensers for soap but would have appreciated both shower gel and shampoo as well as some hand/body lotion.

Very close to the airport with a free shuttle to & from the terminal. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were very good. We had a late flight so arrived just before the bar closed but they made us some food and stayed open to enable us to wind down from a very long day travelling. Room was very comfortable and quiet and the air con worked a treat.

The Hotel is just a couple minutes drive from airport and there us after shuttle to and from the airport.

The hotel is good altogether, but there are no restaurants/pizzerias or anything else interesting at walking distance, although the hotel restaurant is decent if you don’t have very hight expectations. Elevators are very small but functional.

My wife is disabled and the staff were incredible helpful in assisting us into our room and getting us settled. The best assistant that we have experienced from arrival, checking out and the shuttle to the airport. Location to Linate is 2min shuttle ride. Dinner was of a very high standard. This is one of the best hotel experiences that we have had and all the staff were incredibly friendly. 5*

Very close to Linate Airport, good accommodation in case you have some time to spend in Milano, just 40min away from the Dome by bus. There is also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport at no price.

Rooms are good enough for what you need from a hotel, the only problem I found was regarding the noise (since it is nearby the airport, planes are quite close when they land or depart, also you can hear a little bit from the other rooms, but I would say it is manageable)
