Room was lovely, recently refurbished so much better than the photos on the Booking site. Beautiful view of the sea/beach from our balcony. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking on site, no additional charge. We were only there for one night in October, so not sure if any SPA or beach facilities were open. Just managed to get served dinner after a long wait at check in behind a large group, restaurant then kindly managed to accommodate our no meat request.

Breakfast was plentiful, but not very good quality. Dinner was better. This is a huge hotel that is probably very full with large groups and families on full pension in the Summer, which is not really our cup of tea. However, was fine for an over night stop and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Did not see any area of bars or restaurants near by.

good to have beach umbrella just for us the hol week. Nice rooms and good space all over.

the elevators took very long time. Always the same breakfast. Not all the staff speaks English.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Reception`s staf was very helpful, polite and kind. They suggested all the options to have an unforgettable weekend. Even after check in they support us to stay at the hotels area and enjoy untill ours train schedule. Thanks a lot for that

The location is so far from the stay station, however the place is nice and we walked to the train station

terrible cooked breakfast selection / grey scrambled eggs was only choice of cooked items . rest was very mediocre and staff seemed to constantly check how much you took of anything. I got a serious frown for asking for a second cappuccino or for warm toast. not 4* at all. also the “mini-bar” was a small fridge in the room that was totally empty. and no room service or choice of food in evening - just a set menu. facilities and services more 2 or 3 stars if that. maybe it would be better in high season?

Our double room with sea view had an amazing view. I requested a high floor and I got it, thx. Nice indoor and outdoor bar with ocean view. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly.

No tea/coffee machine in rooms. I missed having a cup of coffee in the morning while admiring the beautiful sea view before going down for breakfast.

The aircond in our room could only be operated by the staff at reception very annoying

They served breakfast which was hard to ask for things and you felt weird as all the hotel's have self service nowadays!!

I lost my swimming costume at the balcony, maybe due to wind?

Staff was mainly helpful but the messages and emails to Reception take a while to get answered - and the answer is barely a complete sentence - but the location is superb
