This boutique hotel & restaurant is very special. Incredible view from our lovely little room. The food at the restaurant is exceptional. Andrea the Host is friendly, welcoming & helpful & his staff are all lovely!

Located just near the main square , this hotel is in an excellent position. Despite being central, there was no noise in the bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It was no problem to ask for extra food or drinks. The view fro the rooms and the terrace is stunning. Above all the staff could not have ben more helpful. The owner, Andrea, was an excellent host. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the food was of exceptional quality.

This hotel ticked all the boxes!

The view from the balcony where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning. The selection of breakfast items and the service at breakfast, check-in and check-out was superb! We highly recommend this place if you want to stay in the area of Sirolo. We had an issue with our safe in our room and the owners rectified it immediately. Such a pleasant couple who own these boutique rooms.

This is a family run small hotel, tastefully decorated, lovely sea views. Andrea was especially helpful and welcoming. Very good location, a few minutes walk to the charming village of Sirolo.

There seemed to be a club nearby which played music in the evening , and there is a very small restaurant on the lower floor. So it wasn’t perfectly quiet, but really not bad either. I’m probably more sensitive than most.

Breakfast ok. Very good location. Kindness of personnel.

Rooms are a bit too small, not enough storage space for clothes, bags etc.

The owner Andrea is most friendly and helpful, he gave us great advice about restaurants and places to visit. Also the location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting Sirolo because you can reach everything on foot. The place itself is brand new and very clean. Breakfast and parking is also very wel organized.

We only missed having our own balcony but the general terrace is very nice only this closes at 8 p.m. Futher nothing to comment about this accommodation.

Room could have more hooks, both in the bathroom and in the room. Space within the room was not enormous. I would have liked more space for garments. In the bathroom there might be more shelves. not much space for toiletries.
