The owners keeep everthing so tidy, rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good. The ambience is nice and friendly. Although being close to the main road, the noise does not matter that much. It is comfortable with the walk down to the beach, you do not need a car. Restaurants reachable with a little walk or very close.

People really do not bother to take parts of the breakfast away or waste food. In the bathroom, some more place to put small bathroom bags to would be great.

Everything was exceptional, really. Easy to find the property, free parking, really kind and helpful staff from start to finish. Rooms are nice and quiet, cleaned daily. Breakfast good enough with a nice variety. Free beach towels upon request. Free mountain bike hire with the opportunity to rent out E-Bikes for a small daily fee. Free laundry machines to use. Nice area with a lot of exciting walks and leisure places, restaurants cafes bars, castles, caves etc. Three main beaches close by, 15 minutes walk down hill to the seaside, few minutes with car, bike or public transport. Payed car parks by the beaches, free motorcycle parking. Highly recommended.

Around 15 minutes walk from the Hotel down to the seaside, lots of steps. easier with a car or bike. Nothing else!

We only stayed for one night, but the whole experience was way better than we expected considering the price and, according to google maps, this being a 2 star hotel. It's set in a realy nice building with huge garden and generally feels like home. Staff were all very friendly, cleanliness was perfect and breakfast had good selection of food. And just a short, and slightly adventurous, walk of about 15 minutes is the beach.

We were impressed by the nice and professional concierge - he didn't miss out one important info when showing us the room. Despite interior is not the most modern one, everything was comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning works very well. We were positively surprised that the hotel does offer beach towels delivered together with a bag. There is enough space to park your car. Breakfast was very good: High performance coffee machine, great buffet with all kind of fresh ingredients (different fruits, cheese and ham plate, different kind of bred, a huge selection of superfood and müsli) - a pleasure to start your day there (inside or on the terrace)

As there is no "screen" between courtyard and street, you may find cars a little noisy if you opened balcony door during night. If you like to have balcony door open, better ask for a room oriented to the other side (not courtyard) or leave door closed (as air conditioning works well and quiet)

The staff and the room are outstanding, great beds, great bathroom, washing machine and beach towels available for hotel guests. Very nice breakfast and a short drive to the beach. Loved everything about it and such a great value for money.

The small convenient refrigerator in the room was not cooling very well.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet and we had a very good night of sleep. Comfy bed.

Breakfast appears to be very good but we got there little after 9 AM and only got leftovers. Still decent but not great since most of the stuff was gone and not replenished. Breakfast closes at 10 AM. Other folks were left with only leftovers as well.

I had the most perfect stay at this hotel! The staff was nice and helpful! Me and my friend enjoyed a calm stay, close to a beautiful beach as we were attending a wedding close by. We were amazed by the friendly atmosphere, clean and delicate rooms and an excellent breakfast. Anytime back in Sistiana I would for stay in this hotel! Thank you❤️❤️❤️

Nice quiet location near the waterfront in Sistiana - just outside of Trieste. The breakfast provided a nice variety to accommodate even the picky sisters! The beach at Sistiana Mare is nice, the view beautiful, and the water refreshing and clean.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I absolutely loved the amazing variety of breakfast - from sweet to savoury. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location isn't convenient if you are planning to spend time on the beach.

It was great to have free laundry facilities. The free beach towels were another plus. Breakfast buffet was excellent lots of fresh, healthy food to choose from! Free bikes available also.
