The location and view are phenomenal! we really liked the large bedroom on the very top on the right. The small room below it was cute. Both rooms had everything we needed. Our kids loved the juice maker in the breakfast room.

The breakfast items were basic in terms of quality and options. There was no one to great us when we arrived. We picked up the key in a cup on a table outside of the hotel and went to our room.

The breakfast buffet is worth €20. The staff was very generous with the fresh juice and coffee. For the price, this location is decent. 3min walk from a bus stop. 19min downslope to Alpe di siusi gondola station. Spacious room with balcony and good privacy.

The rooms are a little dated and there is initially a smell but I got used to it. I wish there was a way to indicate that I don’t want room service every day.

Amazing balcony views of the mountain and perfect for watching the sunset. Bed was comfortable but a bit small for tall people. Spacious living area and super handy having a kettle in the room. Parking on site and location is close to road up to Compatsch. Loved it and would stay again.

Bed is small for taller people. We had the door open at dusk which meant we had mosquitos in the room at night so recommend closing it to avoid this.

The room was small but attractively wood panelled with a double bed and balcony. A budget option in the annexe but better than I expected.

There was no view from my balcony so maybe ask for a room with a view. Everything was done without human contact. I arrived, collected my keys and saw no one til I handed in the keys. I'm old fashioned so I like a bit of personal contact when I arrive.

The room was a lot more spacious than I expected and as a solo traveler, I appreciated this very much. The bathroom was clean and also very spacious. The balcony view of the dolomites was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable but firm which might not be suitable for someone who likes a more soft cushion. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was served in the morning and the host was very welcoming. One thing to note is that guests may need to carry their belongings up the stairs if you have a room on a higher floor. The elevator was not operating so I had to carry my baggage up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor which was a bit exhausting. If you have a vehicle, you can park it in the front or the back of the guest rooms. Aside from this, the room and location was so wonderful and perfect for a solo traveler like me. Very close to hiking trails and the town of Suisi.

Check-in process was a little confusing as there was no-one to welcome me, however signage on instructions on where to find the guest rooms could be enlarged or placed in a more noticeable area.

I spent a lovely time there. Facilities meet expectations and the staff are amazingly friendly!!! It is a very cosy hotel with beautiful scenery from the balcony. But with that nice view, maybe it is better to go there by car. Though I personally had no problem reaching there from the bus station, which may involve 20 minutes of walking on the hill.

The breakfast is great and the location is pretty good! The room exceeds my expectations, especially the excellent view!

Only one thing. The latest check-in time shown on the website is 23:30 so we thought there should be no problem to arrives late. But when we arrived at 9pm there is no one at reception and nobody answered the phone call. Fortunately, we found the self-check-in solution, but I think it would be better to be informed in advance.

Amazing location with stunning views from the balcony. The included breakfast was fantastic and our dog was welcome everywhere on the property. Perfect place to discover Seiser Alm.

The check-in was confusing because we did not find the correct entrance at first and it was not clear how the self check-in worked.

Villa Rier is one of the best and comfortable stay in Alpe di Siusi. Check in process was seamless and the room was super cozy and sparkling clean, not to miss, the view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was enormous and luxurious. Everything was so tasty. The two girls (staff) taking care of the spread were polite with a smile on their face all the time. Blindly book this stay if it's available!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The owner Franz is such a nice guy. Our car broke down, he tried to help us with calling to service, then he took us to Alpe di Siusi and gave us unlimited bus tickets. Next day he offered us to take his car, which we didn't accept as it was just too much. Room was very nice and clean, breakfast was great. Next time we will be around, we will stay at Villa Rier for sure.
