We had a great stay! The rooms are large and very comfortable. We loved the patio with comfortable chairs and even a hammock. There is a lot of privacy, whit large space between the rooms. Location is perfect for exploring south Puglia; we visited Nardo, Gallipolli, Lecce Otranto, st M.di Leuca, some coast villages and of course Specchia from here. The food is super nice; breakfast is perfect, the owners cooked diner for all guests one time which was lovely and there is the possibility to order a diner box to have diner at your own patio. We did this and the food was great! The owners are most friendly and helpful, and made our stay perfect. Highly recommended place!

We stayed 6 nights there and used it mainly as "base" to explore the region from there. I think for that is is suited best. The houses you will stay in are charming, spacious and clean. The whole property is lovely and really cozy. The place is owned by a couple who also run it, it is all very familiar and friendly and they go the extra mile to accommodate requests. One of those places that come exactly as advertised but still manage to exceed your expectations. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wouldn't call it dislike and more a thing to keep in mind: It is probably best to have a car, as the place is hard to reach without it, and it makes exploring the areas around is easier. They do have free parking spaces available.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel I Mulicchi, we felt like we were at home. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. The Italian breakfast was outstanding, offering a delicious start to each day with a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Additionally, the owner provided us with excellent tips and recommendations, enhancing our experience and helping us make the most of our visit. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner had the most amazing 10 night stay at i Mulicchi - Angelo and his wife have created a serene and beautiful haven - it was the most relaxing experience, and Angelo and his whole team were an absolute pleasure to meet and have as hosts. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and cool in hot weather due to the traditional thick stone walls, the pool area was bliss and the grounds beautiful. The breakfasts are fresh and plentiful, with fresh tortillas cooked daily using vegetables and herbs off their land - and I would highly recommend the Salento dinner, what an absolute treat! Nothing, it was all wonderful!

I Mulicchi is a very special place and I can’t wait to be back. It’s a true Italian family business. We forgot we were staying at a hotel, everyone made us feel like we are visiting friends. The houses provided amazing privacy and were beautifully made. We had a fig tree right in front of our house with fresh figs just to pick and eat. It’s paradise. Angelo and Alessio were so helpful with recommendations which were all amazing. The warmth of the people and beauty of the region is unmatched.

We loved the location overlooking Specchia. Stunning gardens, friendly hosts, attention to details and beautiful breakfasts made with a lot of love for their guests. Peaceful sanctuary to return to each day.

Beautifully located on a hill overlooking Specchia. Very pretty landscape with all the trees and bushes everywhere. The hosts were super friendly, thank you for everything!

Hosts are great, we felt like at home. If you want to rest under the sun, this is the place to be, no noise, very calm. They were also great opportunities for dinner on site and close to it !

Everything was good ! The breakfast so nice, very relax and peaceful place ! The proprietaries were welcomed and nice too, the house was cleaned and cute. Nothing to say, just perfect !

First of all, the location of I Mulicchi is perfect as it is very central; you can easily explore both the east and west coast of Salento. It is situated on top of a hill, is very private and has a beautiful garden. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They have their own terrace are equipped with a small mini bar. Breakfast is the best we have had in Italy. All very fresh and with loads of options to choose from every day. Especially the cakes are very delicious! We joined the Salento dinner once and we can definitely recommend it. Staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make sure that all guests were happy. We have had a lovely stay!
