Loved this place, Rita has no English but is good with google translate. Access to kitchen and fridge, good coffee machine with nice pods. Enjoyed breakfast, we chose "salty", good quality sliced hams and salami with cheese and fresh bread rolls. Coffee, tea and juice. Very well-appointed accommodation. In a rural area, if a cockerel is not part of your wake up, close the window and use air-con. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights for rest and relaxation. Lovely garden and outlook. Would stay again.

We were welcomed by a very nice host lady (we chatted with Google Translate). You can see that they care a lot about the accommodation, everything was in the best shape. Quiet, secluded place, which is why it is a good place to relax. The room is small but nice. The bunk bed was loved by the kids. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like. The accommodation is small, but I knew that in advance.

The lady that owns the B&B was so nice and kind. She waited for us even if we arrived later than anticipated, she had patience to help us with th AC in the room to set it on cold even if it was late at night and woke up early in the morning to make a delicious breakfast for us before our early departure. Our dog was also welcomed. The place is clean and has a beautiful garden. We highly recommend it!

All was good

We spent a night here on our way to Tuscany, and we were so happy with this decission. The place is clean and cute, the host is so friendly and made sure we are relaxed and happy. Breakfast was good and we left in a very good mood from this place. In the evening the host recommended a pizza place nearby, it's 5 minutes away (on foot) and has very good pizza. The room was large and WiFi is excellent. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Great accommodation, very clean and decorated with good taste. New furniture, nice and spacious room and bathroom. The hosts are wonderful people. I had everything I needed for one night stay. I would gladly come back, if I return in that area. Totally recommend.

Although the location is in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, you can easily hear the other guests from your room, if they wake up before you do. However, it was not a big issue for me, because I had to wake up early anyway.

We just needed a room on our way from germany to our holiday destination in Italy and didn't expect much, just picked the cheapest room on the way. We were blown away by this beautiful, newly renovated property. Super clean, good breakfast and super nice host!

The roosters of the neighborhood started do have have an argument in the middle of the night - which is nobodies foult, just nature, but still a bit annoying ;-)

The hosts' warmness and hospitality, good taste ammenities. We enjoyed very much breakfast with salami so delicios, homemade by Nono Tilio himself as well as friendly conversation with Nona and Nono Tilio. We left with nice memories from there. Truly recommend to everyone that treasure human values and simplicity, nature and good healthy food!

Fantastic place and an exceptional staff. Very clean and accommodating. The lady running this B&B was very professional, friendly and had creat tips regarding the area. The room was spacious with comfy bed and we'll equipped bathroom. The breakfast was a 5 star. Highly recommended

Modern property, perfectly clean and furnished with punctuality. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, windows equipped with antiinsect protecting nets. Very tasty breakfast, prepared with respect to our wish. Property is located in a very calm village.

The guest room is good size, spic & span, excellent safety, ample parking space. Fantastic breakfast both sweet and salty (plenty & delicious). The hosts are very hospitable and nice, always welcome us without any problem, even if we arrive at midnight (24.00). Excellent location, both for transit guests and for longer stays for agrotourism tourists. Good access - close to motorway.
