A beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was easy to find and is in an extremely quiet neighborhood. I was able to sleep at night with the patio door open and no ear plugs. The receptionist was very helpful, spoke perfect English and was a great source for information. There is an elevator to get to the upper floors and the room is quite large with a huge bed which is quite comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with a not only a nice variety foods including local products but also a hot dish was included on some mornings. And wonderful coffee drinks. Everything was very clean and modern. Parking was right in front of the hotel, very convenient and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I would certainly enjoy staying here again.

Charming guest house below one of the many majestic cliffs on the valley. A short drive to Bolzano and of course all the zdolomites. The room and bathroom size surprised us. Breakfast was good/diverse. Staff very friendly. Easy parking out front. Very quiet too

Bed soft and a little saggy - poor mattresses. Sheets were scratchy as was the seer-sucker doona cover. Would have liked cotton sheets.

The breakfast buffet was incredible. There was variety of everything, be it cereals, cold cuts, pastries, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee, tea, pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.

I wish the pool has been heated so that we could go in that time of year.

Great place, big room with seperate kitchen and a big balcony, nice pool, great variety breakfast, friendly staff. Several restaurants in the neighbourhood, all walking distance. Free parking.

The heavy door in the building that we were sleeping makes quite some noise while closing, so if you are sleeping and other guests use the door, it will wake you up.

Hotel familiar in location very paceful and calm. Good connection with Bolzano city center. Nice terraces with amazing views to the mountains. Breakfast was so natural and homemade.

Very friendly staff, lovely large room, very comfy bed, parking, lovely drinking & eating area outside, great choice of drinks and lovely food.

Our shower was over flowing after my wife used it upon our arrival, we were very very hot on our motorcycles last week. Before taking my shower i had to unblock the shower. It was full of hair & gunge, quite disgusting. I did take a photo and show the owner who was very opologetic.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while touring on our motorcycles.. and clearly it is favoured by motorcyclists as we were not alone. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable with all the required facilities. The staff were friendly and engaging, beer was cold, wine was good and the food was excellent. Breakfast followed in the same way too. I would highly recommend and return if possible.

No air conditioning. Very inconvenient! The double bed was with very uncomfortable gap between 2 twin bed combined. The furniture in the room is a bit dated.

charming alpine-style exterior with modern internal facilities and great views of the mountains, as well as excellent dining and breakfast menus; great that there is an elevator to reach upper floors with luggage

we only saw the notice in the lift offering fans for hire in the morning, after a poor night's sleep on a very hot night -- it would be helpful if the notice was in the room too
