The location is a bit surprising. Inkantu is located on a busy street, but once you go up the driveway, it is peaceful. Everything is newly renovated and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Francesca really works hard to provide everything that her guests need. The pool area is excellent. The town of Terrasini is also a surprise, it is beautiful.

We really liked everything about the facility. For some reason, we were not getting hot water. This was okay since it was hot every day. On our last day we had to wake up early to get to the airport, so a cold shower was a bit rough. Of course, if the property was in a more walkable area or near the sea, it would be amazing.

We loved our 3 days at Inkantu and will definitely be back. The B&B is meticulously clean and Francesca and staff do everything to make you feel at home. The property has a beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast and is in close proximity to the main shopping area of Terrasini, beaches, the airport and a short drive to Palermo, Trapani, and San Vito lo Capo. Terrssini is a beautiful town, wonderful food, piazza and people. Inkantu arranged for my brother to have a Thai massage poolside which was incredible. They sent our laundry out and it came back beautiful the same day. Our next trip we plan on staying at least a week, one of our favorite stays in Sicily. The neighbor has 2 cute donkeys, if you go, bring them some carrots, apples or bananas to make their day. Thank you Francesca for making us feel like family. Baci e abracchi, the Umbertino's

Turning from not a very pretty road I did not expect such a nice garden with a beautiful view! It is well hidden from the noise. We stayed there only for one night before our departure from Palermo airport, but I can imagine it must be also nice for longer stays. It has great pool, place to sit outside and really comfy sunbeds. There is a free parking with a lot of space. Property has really well-thought system with an automatic gate - we had to checkout very early in the morning, we could let ourselves out and it was not a problem. If you want to go to the city by car, they even have a parking permit that you can use and park for free! Amazing idea that I have not seen anywhere else. Room was maybe not very spacious, but still comfortable, there was even a little sink and a fridge. There are proper blinds, so the room is dark in the night, which was often a problem in other places that we stayed in. Francesca was very welcoming and spoke really good English. She gave us some good advice about local folk fest which we really enjoyed.

We were staying in the room furthest from the pool and the wifi signal did not reach there at all. Wasn't an issue with such a short stay, but would be with a longer one. Fridge in the room started to be very loud in the night and woke us up. Pillows were very flat.

Francesca is the star of this establishment, she is so pleasant and helpful, anything to make your stay good. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The pool was very large and deep, breakfast was good. The bathrooms where very nicely fitted out. The staff where all very attentive.

There was no Kettle in the room, although this was available in the communal area. Although there is a sign on the road if can be a little hard to find and google maps takes you up a lane next to the hotel.

Francesca is the best host you could wish for. She would take an extra step all of the time to make us feel more comfortable during our stay. She would give us local tips about the area, help me surprise my family with local pastries and prosecco, make reservations at restaurants, help with a taxi from the airport and when one of our suitcase was lost during the flight she also helped us with providing sunscreen and towels and much more. The B&B itself is already amazing, but with this extra service the host made it perfect. The beds are much more comfortable as it seems on the photos. The room is perfect, the bathroom also. The pool area is amazing. The garden is great. It's a quiet treasure next to a small city. The walk to the city is just a few minutes and there are several great restaurants. Across the street is a supermarket where you can buy local things also to take home. The breakfast area is not big and not a big buffet (it was also low season), but it was perfect to us. Really delicious croissants with sweets, eggs, cheese, ham/salami, local cookies and every day different kind of donuts, pies and other things. If you want to stay in a beautiful area and get a lot of local tips, this place is amazing. I would highly suggest and I'm sure you won't regret it.

Everything was perfect! It was like a 9,9. It felt like a 5 star stay. If I would need to say something, it would be something like the pool water could be warmer (but the nights were getting colder because of low season), the connection bij public transport could be better in the area (by car you will have more options), but all of these small things wouldn't matter because the B&B is just perfect.

Francesca is perhaps the best host we have had in Sicily; she was so helpful with information about Terrasini & Palermo, she provided a parking pass for Terrasini & she prepared a delicious breakfast with an assortment of savory & sweet meat, cheese, eggs, breads, & more. The grounds are beautiful, from the surrounding olive grove to the beautiful pool & outdoor sitting areas. Don’t be put off by the narrow gated entry on a commercial street! A very special place is behind the gate.The view to the mountains of the setting sun is gorgeous.

This beautiful place was the highlight of our trip. Franchesca was warm, welcoming and so helpful. we felt like we were at luxury spa it was so quiet and relaxing . The pool is beautiful, the breakfast delicious every morning and it felt like a home away from home. The nicest place we have ever stayed in. Thank you Franchesca and family. Sicily was wonderful

Never had a such cheerful host like Francesca! Arrived and were welcomed with so much joy and happiness. Originally stayed here because it's close to the airport...but it's such a relaxed atmosphere and actually a really nice little town with a perfect sunset spot. Hidden gem! Don't miss out heading downtown and to the sea! You even get a free resident-parking ticket for downtown if needed :)
