The maitre D in the restaurant and bar area was very friendly and welcoming. One of our rooms (the suite) was really lovely. The restaurant fare/menu was very original and beautifully cooked. We dined there on both evenings.

The other double room was very small. The breakfast offer was quite limited, but we were very grateful to have breakfast provided on site. The food and drink prices were elevated, but we were grateful for dinner to be available on site and the food was VERY good.

We were upgraded to an apartment just next to the hotel. It was really cozy and warm. Bathroom in excellent conditions. Nice buffet breakfast. Large parking lot just in from of the hotel

Not the hotel's fault: Google maps led us to the back entrance, through a small alley. There is a very nice parking lot right in front of the tower though. Dinner at the hotel was very good.

There is nothing about not to like a stay in a revamped 11 th century castle. Just WOW and we would love to go back there one day. The food and staff are exceptional. The decor-outstandingly delicious and is a treat in itself. Todi is the feed in town. Totally medieval and a must visit in Italy

How could anyone not live this property!!

Beautiful location in interesting guard tower. Big room, comfortable bed, lovely owner and friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking, and we got help with our heavy suitcases But don't worry, there is a small elevator to get you to the upper floor. The dinner on the terrace was delicious and so was the breakfast.

The place was a nice surprise. We booked a room at the last minute without having big expectations. The hotel is situated in a very suggestive location, the hotel is very charming and it has been meticulously decorated and furnished. The staff is very friendly and they did everything they could to make us fell welcome and to satisfy our needs. The restaurant offers typical food at reasonable prices. Dogs are welcome. Strongly recommend.

Our gps couldn’t find the place so we had to call them to figure it out how to get there.excited

Very friendly staff and comfortable room although the old fashioned furniture and religious icons would not be for everyone. We loved it. Great relaxed location with pretty front garden to eat dinner which was very good.

Place is nice to be adsorbed in the medieval mood. Also the romm and facilities are in the same style. Breakfast was good and people in the right approach with us

Structure and furniture are in a modern style then it could be strain with low ceilings, rooms that are not large and full of things

Beautiful place. Ancient building with any modern comfort. The room was very nice, warm and welcoming. Very clean and and comfortable. Staff was very kind and available over the average. Restaurant in the hotel also suggested as very tasty. Also very comfortable to parking possibility.

Nothing at all

The hotel is squeezed into a number of houses in the old walled town of Colvalenza, not far from the modern part which is dominated by the Sanctuary. That fact determines the size of rooms - mine was fine, but had nowhere to sit comfortably, and little natural light.The bathroom was OK, with a small shower, but no more than that. Meals were good - the hotel restaurant attracts outside clients as well as those lodging. Facilities within the hotel were meagre, but in the summer that matters little.

Nowhere to sit comfortably and out of the stream of guests.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, rooms spacious and clean and beds (all new) very comfortable. Restaurant delicious, wines great and breakfast was good.
