Rooms are clean and spacious, with a good size en suite bathroom. Well insulated for sound so we had no problem sleeping. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Elena at reception. Continental breakfast is tasty and offers a good selection of sweet and savoury. Central location is great.

Lack of facilities: Only one power socket by the door, to charge our phones we had to unplug the bedside lamps. Only one small wardrobe for storage, no bedside drawers, desk is hardly usable as the TV sits on it and the fridge is located under it. There is a small gym and sauna on the top floor but most of the machines are not working and I didn't get the impression these facilities were maintained. There is a bar but no restaurant for either lunch or dinner.

Location was good and the room and Bathroom were both large.

Very noisy street and either you were very warm with the windows closed or disturbed by the traffic on the cobbled street with the windows open. The breakfast was very limited and not replenished quickly enough and the staff were very complacent. We said in advance we would like a parking space which was confirmed but meant we would not be able to take our car out of the Car Park the next day between 7.00 am and 14.00 pm due to a street market. It would have been nice to have been informed of this in advance and meant we had to lug all our luggage through the market to the other Car Park.

Great for an overnight stay, Bikes were secure in a garage for free. Location direct on the market square with cafes and restaurants nearby.. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our second stay there on our holiday route to and from Croatia.

The entrance ramp to the carpark was short and steep, but we got around it ok. Just be careful if your bike is fully loaded.

The Receptionist was super kind, The Room was also very big. Price for the room also totally reasonable. Located in the center in front of a plaza.

The Breakfast is a little bit minimalistic, but still alright. I had a room that was in direction to the plaza which was a little bit loud at night.

Great location in the downtown. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Free and safe parking available in the backyard. Very nice hotel, very good value. The best choice if you stay in Tolmezzo.

This is a great value for the money, the location is in the town center and therefore everything is right next door. The parking is perfect and in the safe and secure hotel courtyard. Rooms are very for the price, breakfast is good. Staff was friendly. Hard to beat for what you pay for, we can highly recommend this hotel

Friendly staff, good breakfast, location.

Wifi didnt work in the rooms and the only good connection was in reception. No restaurant for dinner but we were recommended a nice local restaurant which we really loved.

Great location in the heart of Tolmezzo, room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Free parking available in the back. Very nice hotel, very good value. A excellent choice if you stay in Tolmezzo

Breakfast was basic enough, could do with more meat and cheese selections - but it seems this is normal in Italy.

The hotel is literally on the main square, so it's walking distance to all the sights and the hiking trails. The room and the bathroom were huge, overlooking the main square. The hotel itself has clean facilities. The breakfast was nice, but not very diverse, typical continental Italian breakfast.

it would be nice to have some carpets in the room, as the floor can be pretty cold in the winter months

Lovely quiet location. Extremely welcoming and nice staff who made you feel like at home. The room was specious and bed were very comfortable. Had best sleep in weeks! Thank you and hope to be back! P.S. My bello cappuccino for breakfast was very delicious too 😊
