New bulding very good location near sea, I suppouse it is the best appartment in such good location enough kitchen equipment and big fridge

1. There were not umbrellas from the sun and a scepters. I bought 2 of each items and leave in appartment. Hope hosts give them to new visitors, so that they do not buy them like me. 2. Place for car in yard is very narrow. It was hard to walk along the car. 3. Very little space in the yard. All space is occupied by the car. 4. Internet does not work. I was given a mobile router, but the connection quality is terrible. 5. I had to go to the reception desk 2 times (it is not close to appartment) - 1. to pick up the keys upon check-in and - 2. pay. Why they didn’t withdraw the entire amount from the card is not clear (they withdraw only 1/3 part), in order to pay the rest I needed to spend time going to the reception.

+ very clean apartment + location very close to the cosy and beautiful beach + according to some negative opinions about kitchen equipment... it was enough: no kettle but you can boil water in one of the pots (no problem for us), there isn't any big knife but small knifes are really very sharp and you can cut by them bread, meat or anything you want, there is a coffee pot, fridge, oven, mugs, espresso cups and glasses for drinks + really quick check in and check out (even very early in the morning around 5:30 AM) + big balcony with amazing view on the italian neighbourhood + safe parking place for a car + air condition + towells, shower gels, shampoo and bedsheets included + amazing easy open and close sofa + our stay was wonderful ;) GRAZIE MILLE ! ;)

Things below were not a problems for us but maybe they could be some kind of advice for owners for the future: ° It would be nice if the furnitures on the balcony have some pillows ° It would be nice if there will be at least one floor lamp in the apartment ° It would be nice if there will be some ice molds in the fridge (to make ice cubes for drinks) ° The wi-fi didn't work but we had good LTE connection on our mobile phones (apartment on 1st floor) Still we've already missed this place ;)

Brand new apartment, fully functional and nicely decorated. Internal parking spot with external shower it ‘s a nice plus. 2 rooms. Very nice terrace and bathroom.

The AC unit is only in the living room. It’s enough to cool down the whole apartment, but at night if you wanna close the rooms door for privacy, you boil up in a room without AC.

Very nice appartment 2 min walk from the nearest beach. Silent location slightly sideways from Torre Santa Sabina, which we liked, so you probably need a car to go to town. Modern, with efficient air conditioning. Plenty of towels. Ideal location for visiting Puglia main attractions - really central location.

No big knife nor wine glasses - not sure why. Very hard terrace furniture, you really do not want to sit on them... Pillows would help.

Very modern and clean apartment in fantastic location. Comfrtable beds and very spacious bathroom with many towels :) Nice outside space. Grate value for money.

The kitchen was not perfectly equipped - there were no wine glasses, no electric kettle. Also the lack of wardrobe was a problem - fortunatelly there was a spare room for storage. However - these disadvantages were only details - the stay was was more than ok!

Very well equipped, everything is new, terrace was extraordinary. Very close to the beach. Apartment is perfect.

There wasn't Wi-Fi in the room. The check in desk was in another location and the receptionist didn't speak English. It wasn't a problem with reservation and took him some time to resolve the problem.

Lovely, spacious apartment only a few minutes walk from the beach. Parking at the front door. Gated apartment with an outside shower.

The upstairs apartment was a bit loud on our last night. ( just mentioning for families with small children).

• Decent space for a family of 4, • nice private gated parking space for the apartment, like having your own garage. • Very convenient and secure, if you self-drive. • Our first floor apartment balcony was spacious and able to see (barely) the ocean in a distance. • Fridge was big, and although “minimalistic,” everything in the kitchen worked fine. • There is an outdoor shower by the garage to wash off the sand from the beach before entering the house. • Quiet neighborhood, and we even saw a shepherd herding about 100 goats (or sheep) going through our streets when we left the apartment around 10:30am. • Nice hot showers with plenty of towels provided.

• No soap or shampoo provided. • Only one Air con in the living room. The two bedrooms have no Air con. For us in early October, it wasn’t bad. We just leave the bedroom door open. I suppose it’s designed this way, but what about privacy? • The Wi-Fi wasn't working. We had to share with another apartment, so the signal was weak. Contacted them, but communication was bad, and also over the weekend, so had to use the Wi-Fi of another unit next door for 3 nights, with download speed between 1-3 Mbps. • The toilet cover for some reason kept sliding to one side. Not a major problem, but an annoyance on top of everything.

The location is great, the apartment is close to the beach. Modern, clean, and spacious, with a big terrace. The toilet is new and equipped, with plenty of towels.

There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. The kitchen was not perfectly equipped.

The apartment was great. Clean, new, with airconditioning. The location was very close to the free beach.

The only downside was there were no shops or restaurants nearby that would be open during the day.
