Incredibly service minded staff - we were quite impressed! Everyone we met in the hotel was so friendly, informative and wanted to do their best for us to feel welcome and comfortable. Example: we were late for breakfast, in fact just about when they were supposed to close it, but they brought back dishes they had already taken away, asked us if we wanted coffee and then prepared the cappuccino we wanted. We really appreciated that the breakfast staff also allowed us to have a few extra minutes "over time", to finish our breakfast, without rushing to clean everything off, which is far more normal in most hotels. The beds, at least in our room, were world class - so comfortable! I would enjoy coming back to Hotel Eden just for the beds! The interior was very nice and in good condition, since the hotel was being refurbished and were having some rebuilds. In addition the price level was appealing, definitely value for money compared to many optional places to stay with similar standard.

The only downside we could find was that internet access wasn't available in the rooms yet, due to the still ongoing rebuilds of the hotel. But there was internet in the reception area if you needed it and the issue will for sure be resolved. It's worth noting that the hotel location is a bit hidden behind other buildings, on a small street, but there is paid parking quite close, you only have to walk for 150 meters. There are also a couple of restaurants right around the corner.

The hotel is located in the center of Piazza San Marco which is a few steps away from from the beach (lakeside), restaurants, ferry boat & supermarket. The room was spotless clean and comfortable beds with modern room designs that are newly renovated. The breakfast was indeed fantastic with a wide selection of sweet and savory bread, pastries and salumi. Kudos to all staff that are exceptionally friendly and efficient. The price is practical and budget friendly that will not crush your pocket. I will definitely recommend this hotel who wants to spend their holidays.

the staff was the best, when we arrived i asked if they have any vegan options for breakfast, next morning when we went to get breakfast they prepared a bunch of vegan options, that was very sweet, they really took good care of my wife.

we booked a double room and got assigned a triple room with 3 separate beds, not terrible but that was a mistake (I don't know who's responsible for this) and also the fact that you have to pay for parking.

The location is great, the hotel is very close to the lake, literally two steps. The hotel is clean and stylish, and we also had a nice breakfast in a beautiful dining hall.

Some minor things were a bit disappointing, like the car parking which had to be booked in advance, and wifi under maintenance, and the door key not working properly. We are sure however that all these minors will be solved (wifi was fixed the day after).

Very friendly staff, amazing location at the heart of Toscolano Maderno, great cost-benefit ratio, good breakfast, very clean.

It would be good to have a minibar at the room. But the staff alowed us to use the hotel's kitchen fridge :)

Staff was the kindest, especially the coffee lady in the breakfast! Location could not have been better! Breakfast was okay.

Bathroom was not the best, the toilet faced the shower with just few centimeters between so it was not comfortable or easy using. Would not have been bad to have a mini fridge in the room, for water and beverages.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice coffee bar, serving fresh coffee for breakfast. The location was perfect, very close to the main piazza, to a supermarket and to the lake.

Simple but clean, excellent beds and airconditioning. Excellent breakfast, way beyond our expectations! Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and most importantly the lake.

It would be great if the rooms could have a small fridge in the room.

the accomodation was very pretty, clean and situated in a very good location - just a few steps from the water, there was also a parking just next to the hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful in many ways and the breakfast was incredible, we will definitely come back!

The Hotel just changed ownership, so renovations are ongoing; the rooms are thus brand new and very clean. The position is great, and it has wonderful value for money. The hotel also offers a private parking, which I suggest booking because it is more convenient than the public one.
