We missed a train and ended up having to book a room just for the night. We wish we could have stayed much longer! We checked in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and were starving, the manager set a table up for us as we checked in and ensured we got to eat. There is incredible art work all around that gives so much life to an already vibrant building. We found out later the manager that greeted us was also the artist of many of the works we gushed over. The food was incredible, just as excellent as the hospitality. Not to mention the whole town is at the southern base of the Italian Alps, talk about a view.

The location is close to the train station, so it's perfect for catching an early train. The facilities are kind of dated, but the hotel management did their best to provide comfortable rooms. I've noticed a lot of tiny details like providing slippers or a sewing kit. The power outlet supported several types of power plugs. The rooms even included a fridge and a kettle.

There were occasional strange sounds coming from the water pipes / plumbing systems. The breakfast didn't include scrambled eggs but there were other options. There are staircases with several steps to take when entering the hotel, so the main entrance is not 100% accessible (I didn't check if there are other entrances).

We found the staff and atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable. The only reasons for marking location as an 8 rather than a 10 was the workmen walking past our windows on a metal walkway in the morning. Otherwise everything was good.

Instructions for the parking were difficult to understand. Maybe a good idea to give out with the booking to save people having to try and park nearby with so much traffic.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are a good size, very comfortable and newly refurbished. The hotel is conveniently located near the centre. There is free secure parking under the hotel.

There was construction noise from the room above, starting about 0730.

This friendly family run hotel is exceptional. The staff are really very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was light, airy and spotlessly ckean. The hotel is pet friendly and we were supplied with a dog bed, food bowls and dog biscuits. We had been travelling across Europe and we stayed here for 1 night on our way out and 2 nights on our way back. (Our dog was really excited when she realised that we had returned for another stay!). The restaurant serves excellent food and wine and not to be missed. Riveretto itself is a wonderful medieval, historic town with lots to see. A walk around the old town is not to be missed We will definitely be back 🙂

nice location, midway along Main Street. good sized clean room and comfortable bed. breakfast good and staff very helpful. the Rovereto card provided by the hotel gives free public transportation and 50% off museums.

From the receptionists to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind. Restaurant and breakfast were great with a lot of gluten free options. They offer the museum card to get access to all the city museums and other services. Excellent location, you can leave your car at the hotel and get everywhere on foot.

A family run hotel that has excellent staff, amazing artwork, comfortable bedrooms, dry good breakfast and a lovely restaurant. A brief stroll from the old part of Rovereto, it is ideally situated among lots of eateries etc. It has it’s own parking too.

Staff very friendly even printing out cycle routes when we used their bikes, with no charge for bike hire. Hotel spotlessly clean. Very good food at both breakfast and dinner. Centrally located with only a 5 minute walk to the shops. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Everything about our experience was exceptional. The hotel is cosy, warm and welcoming. The staff were polite and very helpful and showed attention to detail in every respect. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was great and we were delighted to get a tourist card included in our stay which meant free access to the museums and public transport. Perfect!
