I travel pretty frequently, and this is one of the best places I have stayed in recent years. Despite being a 3-star, the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly, they provided bowls and a bed for my dog at no extra cost (never happened before!). The room is new and spotlessly clean, with a bathroom stocked with shaving kits, dental kits, sewing kits, and more. Additionally, water was offered in the minibar. Perfect location between the city center and the train station, and a very competitive price.

We missed a train and ended up having to book a room just for the night. We wish we could have stayed much longer! We checked in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and were starving, the manager set a table up for us as we checked in and ensured we got to eat. There is incredible art work all around that gives so much life to an already vibrant building. We found out later the manager that greeted us was also the artist of many of the works we gushed over. The food was incredible, just as excellent as the hospitality. Not to mention the whole town is at the southern base of the Italian Alps, talk about a view.

The room was extremely cosy but a bit small. I liked particularly the fact that they make available room slippers which is great fro not having to walk around on your socks nor with your dirty shoes.

I don't think for what the hotel is and can provide there was anything that could have been better. It was perfect.

Hotel centrally located, we benefitted from free parking space in the hotel back yard, staff was very cordial and helpful, breakfast was very good, and also, the hotel has a very good restaurant, all of which made up our very positive experience.

I decided to stay in Rovereto because of the good location of the city for my trip: not far from Verona, Riva del Garda and Bolzano. Best hotel of my whole trip! Elevator for the luggage, toilet and shower inside the room, wide bed with a comfortable mattress. Picturesque view out of the window!

The location is close to the train station, so it's perfect for catching an early train. The facilities are kind of dated, but the hotel management did their best to provide comfortable rooms. I've noticed a lot of tiny details like providing slippers or a sewing kit. The power outlet supported several types of power plugs. The rooms even included a fridge and a kettle.

There were occasional strange sounds coming from the water pipes / plumbing systems. The breakfast didn't include scrambled eggs but there were other options. There are staircases with several steps to take when entering the hotel, so the main entrance is not 100% accessible (I didn't check if there are other entrances).

Lovely old, independent hotel in the heart of the town that has been beautifully modernised. Excellent location for exploring this fantastic area by car, train, bus or bike

A beautiful property with excellent amenities, staff, rooms etc- well deserving of a 4* rating. Rooms were very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Incredible breakfast for only 8 euros, Free car parking. No faults at all.

Very happy with our room, breakfast was great, lots of choices and the location was perfect for getting espresso and walking to a wonderful part of town

We found the staff and atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable. The only reasons for marking location as an 8 rather than a 10 was the workmen walking past our windows on a metal walkway in the morning. Otherwise everything was good.

Instructions for the parking were difficult to understand. Maybe a good idea to give out with the booking to save people having to try and park nearby with so much traffic.
