The room was modern and clean. We loved that it had a sauna and a bathroom with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and came to our room in the time slot we asked for! The hotel is very close to the train station and in a wonderful location! Apple store at the base of the building was fantastic to have right there and when needed to buy air tags. We loved the views in all directions (see pic!)

The elevator was so difficult to work. We schlepped our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs and we were tired from a long train ride. Beds in Italy are firmer than I like.

Very nice room with generous hanging and storage space and the bathroom was a good size, rare for Italy. The sunny breakfast room was a lovely place to start the day. There are gluten free and vegetarian options too. Being brought an excellent coffee by a handsome Italian man was a nice way to start the day! Even though this is a B&B there are some staff there during the day. There IS a lift, through the lobby on the right. It is small and the door swings open. Some reviews have said it was hard to figure out.....not sure why!

My room was the first one inside the entrance so could hear all the comings and goings. At first this was disconcerting as a solo traveller as it sounded like someone coming through my door. I did feel a little uncomfortable walking around on my own in this area and didn't venture out after dark. Apparently there is a tourist discount card available from your accommodation provider but there was no mention of this, perhaps my stay didn't qualify.

Fabulous location. Our room had wonderful views from every window. Good sized room Great shower Mostly clean but needs some more care. See below.

Lovely old building but not very nice entrance to property as it’s very basic and unwelcoming. Lift was noisy and old Radiators dusty and need a good clean. Same for balcony ( room 21) I missed an iron and ironing board No bedding for extra bed - we chose room as had two beds but I guess I should have stated that we wanted to sleep in separate beds. Price a bit high for what you get

Perfect location for rail travellers: seven minutes walk from station (and bus station), three minutes walk from the Duomo. The friendly staff are only present at breakfast time but they give you precise instructions as to how to self check-in. There is a lift, and my room was fine. You order your breakfast (modest, but good quality) in advance, to be taken in your room or in the breakfast room. You benefit from reasonable prices.

Some street noise from revellers in the night - well, this goes with the great location, in the pedestrian zone. You have to take the rough with the smooth.

Our stay at this hotel was very lovely. Simone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent and we were well taken care of. He was kind enough to grant us access to a room with a sauna to utilize the morning we checked out as well as letting us come back in the evening after checkout to wait for our train. The room itself had everything you need and some extras! The views from the hotel are lovely and the location is amazing (5 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre). The breakfast was enjoyable as well!

The wifi connection was not the best but this was not a big issue to us.

It is a superb option for staying either for work or leisure in Trento. Breakfast is good, however do not expect hot recently-made breakfast. It consist of croissants, fruit, yogurt, chesses, ham, and alike. The personnel is very friendly and very attentive. The sauna and the balconies are a good asset for afterwork/walking the city.

To me, everything was a very good experience. Be aware they are in the restricted transit zone in historic neighborhood.

an absolutely wonderful stay! the room was clean, spacious and very quiet. the location is both close to the station and the main square. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly after having filled out my choices the evening before. The attention to detail and the price were exceptional!

Great location, very close to the main square and the old city centre. the rooms are quite nice.

The room was quiet small and worn down. some parts were damay. The breakfast is not really hotel style. You need to fill in pieces of paper to order what you wants and you get a tray with your selection. the quantity is limited to one or two pieces per person which is quiet small. Its not like the pictures listed here on Booking - not buffet style. It was bit disappointing but the food quality is good.

Breakfast was simple but good quality. Location was very central, just a bit on the side of the street from rail station thus attracting some rail station people Bathroom large and modern Tv screen large Quality bedsheets

Bed was on the firm side. Room’s privacy is limited as there are several other rooms in same apartment.

The hotel is located right at the city center, closed to stores and many restaurants. It has elevator and balcony. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view! The staff was super attentive and courteous and breakfast was ok.

There is no parking in the property. They do have an agreement with a public parking garage about 4 blocks away.
