The apartment was clean and of decent size. The whole complex is very pleasant with trees and green everywhere and the pool is also good sized. Overall it's a pleasant place for a couple of days in bracciano.

It is only accessible by car, but again you would not go to Bracciano without. Breakfast is very simple with a few sweet options (some of which looked homemade) but not a lot of choice. Coffee was good though!

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well kept grounds.

We were charged EUR 20 / night, i.e. EUR 180 for having our dog with us. While the website did say that there may be extra charges for a dog, it did not say the price. EUR 180 is excessive. Price should be clearly stated on website in advance and lower.

We stayed one night before driving to the airport in the morning. Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Easy to park in front of the place. Restaurants very close, no need to drive there.

You definitely need to have a car as restaurants are too far away to walk. Staff in the bar by the swimming pool were very helpful and always tried to help even English was hard to understand

I expected something more for breakfast but otherwise it was eggs, cereals, bread, some pies and tasty Italian coffee. You could use swimming pool, but needed to pay 3 euros per sunbed for 1/2 day which I found very strange.

Location and the small houses in the park

Booked a room with kitchen but no breakfast . We asked if it was possible to have 2 glasses ( for some drink in the veranda ) , knife and plates but the answer was no . We had to eat at the bar . So the kitchen was totally empty . Also no watercooker. In our opinion that could be more friendly

The best feature was the swimming pool, even though it can become easily crowded. The location is great, surrounded by trees and green. The room was clean.

The room was very dark, without window. The whole bungalow had not been updated since 40 years it seems and would benefit from being modernised. They need to be more comfy and brighter. Also, all amenities should be made available to use by all guests at all times (eg. Our gas was closed off by reception and no cups plates... made available) the fridge was broken
