It’s a great place to stay if you have an early flight from Treviso airport. The host was very kind, she actually prepared the breakfast included in the price although it was very early, so we could grab a coffe and something to eat before heading to the airport.

I don’t have something that i did not like, but I would recommend sending the guests some instructions on how to reach the property the fastest way from the airport, there is a shortcut that maps did not know about, so we had to go round for reaching the property and it took us 10 more minutes. Also there was a portion without sidewalk.

That it is so close to the airport. We had an early morning international flight and being so close allowed us a night’s sleep. Pulling heavy suitcases it took us maybe 8 -10 minutes to walk to her place. The owner, Laura, was very kind and accommodating. She brought us a scale to weigh our suitcases, and she helped us order pizza for dinner. She had breakfast foods ready for us , so we served ourselves at 5am. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. There is a nice garden area where you can sit outside. It is in a very calm, quiet residential area, full of rose gardens.

Laura is a great host - very helpful and understanding. Place is very close to the airport and has good parking facilities. Bathroom is large and comfortable. Laura went out of her way to ensure we have a good stay. She also messaged the day after to ensure we arrived home safely

The double bed unfortunately wasn't the most comfortable with the most annoying squeaking noises. The mattress was damaged from the right side as it lost its durability

Laura made our arrival warm and inviting. Her B&B boasts a sleek, modern style, and has a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a TV. Plus, she had a breakfast waiting for us at the crack of dawn (6 am!), so we could fuel up before our travel. Everything – the room, the bathroom, the amenities – was sparkling clean and thoughtfully stocked. The cherry on top: it's just a short stroll from Treviso airport. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

We stayed one night, we had an excellent welcome and availability. Nice and clean B&B, large and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, parking available, airport nearby 7 minutes on foot. I liked the comfort and hospitality of the place.

You can hear a little the voices of the guests of the other rooms, a little the effect of the structure of the house with exposed beams and high ceilings. Despite everything I vote 10.

Nice and cozy rooms, very close to the airport reachable on foot in 5 mins. The service was great. Breakfast was simple, but it's typical in Italian B&Bs. There was a local pizzeria and a cafe open late at night. I loved the green garden and vegetables near the house.

A bench outside the entrance for arriving or departing guests to sit (especially for older persons or family with children or someone wanting to smoke a cigarette outside) would be nice to have. That's it.

Good location , walking distance to the airport . Very nice and friendly staff with an amazing funny cat .

The duvet was not in a duvet cover ( it had a Greek sheet under ) however during the night you touch the duvet it self . Is not hygienic at all . Beds are very small . Pillow is big and hard like a rock .

We stayed at this property for one night while between flights. It was within easy walking distance of the airport in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s rest. The proprietor was very helpful- communicative beforehand and helpful to find a good place to eat when we arrived. She made a lovely breakfast that we could have even with a very early start. 😊

If you come on foot, the dogs in the neighboring houses are barking and everywhere there are "evil dog" warning signs. A little thin. But it does not depend on the owner of this accommodation. I would liked if check in an earlier start could be possible.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft! The host (Laura) was welcoming and proactive in helping us to find the venue.

While the breakfast was efficient with lots of (pre wrapped) sweet pastries to choose from (very Italian), a little fruit would have been nice.
