The location was perfect! It's right in the center of town! We checked in late but te staff made it extremely easy for us to check in. They also left us a personalized welcome note. On top of that, they let us store our bikes before we stayed there. We were doing a bike packing trip from Venice to Munich with a flight to Mallorca from Treviso between. They went above and beyond to help us!

Nothing! We wear earplugs at night. Before putting them in, you could hear a little noise from the center buzzing. No loud music, just the voices of people passing by. I would recommend earplugs if you see those noises being an issue. Was not an issue at all for us!

We had a very nice room and the bed was very comfortable. The location is second to none! Alice was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking a taxi for us.

The shower was a real let it down. The controls were very hard to negotiate and the water pressure was very weak. It would help to have some instructions on how to use the controls. Also, it was quite difficult to find the accommodation. Again, it would be good to know that it is hard to find and give specific instructions, i.e. that it is hidden around the corner of a jewellery shop.

You can't beat this location right across from the main square. It is NOT marked externally, so you have to look out for a text or email from them showing you exactly where to go. It is a historic and therefore quirky building so it seems each room is quite different. Our junior suite was large and had elevator access and a lovely terrace. Beds were average on comfort. Staff were friendly. The building felt secure.

My adult son's 4th floor room was hot and did not have elevator access. Some of the furniture a bit flimsy.

I stayed in two different rooms on two recent visits - both beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and incredibly helpful. On my first visit, arriving at night, I dropped my phone in the cab getting out at the hotel. One of the reception staff the next day made many phone calls to the taxi companies and finally, to my relief, finally tracked it down. It's the sort of assistance and service one gets from a really excellent hotel.

The room was exceptionally large for Italy. There was a sitting room with a futon separated by a door for privacy. The bathroom was very large. Our room overlooked the piazza and couldn't have been a better location. The train station was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This small (8 rooms) hotel was right across from the main square, Piazza dei Signori. It was easy to walk to all the main sights in Treviso as well as the train station. It was meticulously clean and our room was large and beautifully decorated. It had a big bathroom and the room was equipped with a coffee and tea maker. Staff was very helpful with advice about our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great central location. Easy to walk everywhere in the historic centre. We had a deluxe double room on the second floor overlooking the beautiful piazza. It was huge with very large and comfortable bed with good quality linen. Beautifully furnished. Two large windows let in lots of light and the double glazing muffled the noise from the street below. If you are a light sleeper you may prefer a room at the back but we loved lying in bed with the windows open listening to the street life below. The air con was efficient. We had a sofa in the room plus another in a little ante room. Bathroom was well appointed and modern. Good quality toiletries were provided. It was easy to find and the entrance was attractive. Check in was efficient and the two receptionists we saw were friendly and helpful. Good sound insulation between rooms meant we never heard another guest. Modern, fast lift. We have nothing but praise for our stay.

Unclean Shower in bedroom, bad mattress bed, elevator did not go to top floor like advertised and I have a bad leg , no instructions on how to use air conditioner, half the shower heads do not work , hand held toilet faucet leaks, small space for two people’s hygiene bags in bathroom

We stayed here twice during our city break - first on the way to Trieste and then on our way back again. Both rooms were very different but equally amazing. Up-front communication was great re access to the property via a code. The first room was on the top floor with an outside terrace, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and pillows and quirky little touches to make it a huge step above average. Second room was also very nice with great aircon and WiFi and a huge bathroom. Location also very central with plenty choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Nothing - good working lift, quiet. Couldn’t have chosen better for our needs.

1-Overlooking Piazza De Signori so right in centre of the town 2-Superb room/suite with ample space for a longer stay. 3-A very comfortable bed and pillows. 4-A safe in the room without the need to pay an extra for it. 5-Allowed us to keep our luggage in the reception area and change hours later when we were heading off to the airport.

Nothing major but very small points to note: 1-Check in process was a bit unusual as the access is via a doorway that was inaccessible when we arrived due to the jeweller shop carrying out some security issue. However, we called Francesco and were in after about 10 minutes. 2-No breakfast but we knew this before booking and there are plenty of cafes in the vicinity. 3-No milk with the coffee/tea but we had brought milk capsules so managed to overcome that. 4-Can be noisy if there is an event in the Piazza but we use ear plugs and it's all part of enjoying the local culture.
