The Villa is directly on to the beach via a nice green garden.The owner very helpful we arrived early and it was no problem,gave us breakfast until our room was ready.His recommendation of the next door restaurant,Lido Tropicana was spot on our best meal in Italy so far waited upon by Enzo.

The location is amazing! Right on the beach with a little garden this hotel was perfect. Breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs and all. I hoped for lactose-free cornettos for breakfast and every morning there was fresh ones provided for me. Host Massimo was very helpful and staff were very kind. Restaurant right next door had nice foods. With a quick walk and some stairs town centre was quite close by. Easiest to access by Tuktuk-taxi.

Villa Giada is a small paradise on Earth! We stayed here last year on our honeymoon and had to come back this year as well. The garden is beautiful and provides a much-appreciated cool break from the heat of the beach, which is literally at your doorstep. The breakfast is also delightful, with a great selection of both sweet and savory treats plus good Italian coffee. Oh and you get amazing views of the Stromboli at sunset from the balconies on the upper floor.

The wifi connection is a little choppy in some areas of the property, but if you’ve come to relax and unplug (ad you should) it should not be a big deal.

When you enter this grand old villa it's like stepping back in time. The proximity to the beach is a huge bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the hospitality was very warm and welcoming.

The only (small) negative is that the wifi didn't really work in the room.

Great location, it is 50 meters from the beach and sea and a 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Tropea. We stayed in the separate apartment, which is great if you want additional privacy as well, it has a kitchen and standard fridge, good if you travel with kids. Host and staff very helpful and friendly. Water was fantastic, beach is a mix of sand and stones, same in the sea, the sea is quite deep after the first 20-30 meters.

Perhaps some small renovations needed, however it is all part of the experience :)

nothing. The rooms are a bit outdated and simple, but that didn’t bother us at all. it felt authentic and everything was working and clean.

Accessibility to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas to use at beach. Beach was excellent to spend a relaxing family vacation.

Staff were excellent. Massimo spoke great English and the girls doing breakfast, cleaning etc were super friendly and did a fantastic job with the laundry at super prices.

Very close to the beach. The building is formerly a private villa. Only 10 rooms. Very nicely appointed with an Old World flair. Private parking.

The breakfast did not include eggs.

The property was right on the beach and also pet friendly. The gardens were beautiful and the rooms were quite large.
