Good apartment , good pool . Perfect location .

Disgusting neighbor , the apartment is very noisy every day . The guy blew his nose in the pool every day . I saw it .

Great pool which lights up at night switching rondiffwrent colours, very clean, very close to Gallipoli (15 min drive), Guido always replies to what's app queries immediately if not around and is very helpful. Nice atmosphere with lights at night.Very welcoming. Quiet location. Safe. Everything you need in the house.Lots of space inside with loads of storage. TV in all rooms but italian. However ,Netflix in main dining area. Car needed to explore Salento. Breakfast available in the morning if needed. Pizzas can be delivered to your door. Vending machine downstairs with loads of different drinks. Cafes in small square beside church. Can walk down the hill but easier to drive. 3 mins down the road is a little playground and small square. We stumbled upon a food fest here with a queen tribute concert. Great atmosphere. Very family friendly. Look out for events happening here as it is so close.

I thought the beds were not very comfortable but the kids slept very well so maybe it was just me!

Staff were very helpful and the room was beautifully clean and well supplied. The air conditioning was also really good which helped a lot in the hot weather! My family and I really enjoyed the pool and there were lovely areas to sit and relax in. There is also a nice park for children nearby and a few lovely restaurants and bars in the town. There are beautiful beaches, an aquapark (which was great fun!) and many more restaurants only a short drive away.

We didn't experience any problems throughout our stay and I can't think of anything that I didn't like. If there had been an issue, the staff made us confident that they would have solved it. A car is essential in this area as the beach areas are a short drive but not walkable.

I had a room at the up floor, with a really open terrace with all facilities to eat outside and take sun or just chill. The room were very nice, really cleaned and beautiful, everytink seems new, really surprised me, was over every expectetion! Thanks God the air condition will save you in the warmer day. You have a private parking and that very helpful. The location is situated in Tuglie, a quite town, just some km away from Gallipoli. if you have a car and you want to be outside the caos that big cities brings with, but as the same time be near almost of the principal attraction of south Salento that's the place for you! Gallipoli is like 10-15 min drive away, and Otranto-Lecce- Santa Maria di Leuca like 40-45 min.

If I must find something I didn't like, that would be the Idromassage, cause the water had some hair of the previously visitors, so for igenical reasons I didn't used it even If I wanted. And the second point the internet connection of the residence, cause the connection of the router near us went down starting the third day, and we were unable to use internet.

amazing pool and high quality, modern apartment. Guido is super helpful and made sure it was easy to check in. He was even happy for my parents to visit and hang by the pool as there were very few other guest (low season). the pastries and Origini (cafe at 5 minutes walk) were phenomenal! blackout blinds in every room.

this is not so much the property as the area. it feels super safe but there isn’t anything to do in Tuglie, it’s a sleepy town on a hill. you don’t get it more authentic than this but if you’re looking for some things to do at walking distance this may not be your best location.

A comfortable place to visit more spots in Salento. The host very friendly and helpful. The best part is the swimming pool of the villa. We could play karaoke using the projector on the garden.

The sofa bed could be renovated.

The villa is beautiful and well kept. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Noisy - if you have loud neighbours, you hear every word they say, you even hear the hairdryer. The accomodation does not allow group parties, however we had a group of young men nextdoor who started partying at 23.00, went out and came back loudand drunk

Great breakfast, the location is further from the coast, but it is therefore quiet. Very large rooms, great hot pool, we had it almost as private. No problem with parking. By walk there is great pizzeria.

Maybe a better mattress, but everyone prefers something different

Only five stars because I cannot give ten :( A truly nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, enjoyable place. The owner is simply awesome: helpful, considerate, available, flexible, knowledgeable and polite. Grazie Guido!! You are a super star. Not to forget Stefania, whose cakes and manners are exquisite and Maeva, who could be a mistress of ceremony as she is so pleasant and accommodating. I definitely felt like at home and would recommend this accommodation to anybody.

My daughter has celiac disease and we were very pleasantly surprised by the way the staff took care of her dietary needs. They went out of their way to ensure she had a lovely breakfast and we could not be more grateful. The breakfast was a mix of fruit, veggies and pastries. Very nice service, with a lovely vibe.
