FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF.. when I stayed I was actually the fourth person/family checking in from the UK - so we are all finding something good about the hotel...mine was that it was one tram stop from my family that I was visiting - and the tram stop was right outside the hotel - so very easy - the number 4 tram takes you right into the centre of Turin. The staff were very friendly and informative and the room whilst small (the double bed had enough space to walk around) was very clean and comfortable - I literally was only going back to sleep and the bed so very very comfortable, so comfortable that I didn't realise I had even fallen asleep and woke up feeling very rested. There is air conditioning which was a heaven as the temperatures when I went were 27 degrees! The bathroom was a 4 piece ensuite and again very small, but everything you need, the shower had great pressure and was just the right temperature and easy to alter quickly as needed. The breakfast is a continental style that is different cereals, croissants, fruit, bread, cheese and salami with various sweet cakes (Italians love a sweet breakfast!) If you like TEA... then ask for "acqua calda per te per favore" and you get to choose toasted options that they will give to you - I had a ham and cheese toastie on one day and just the cold options the next. Security is fantastic with coded entry and a fully manned reception until 10pm (after that you use the code) There is free wi-fi and an elevator to all floors. I would certainly stay again.

This is the only negative - the area the hotel is in could seem a little daunting at first - as "not completely touristy" and there are a lot of immigrants standing around the street... but this is the only negative and that said I STILL FELT SAFE - so do not let first impressions get the better of you.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the best service I've got at any hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived in the middle of the night, but I couldn't have felt more warmly welcomed. The staff spoke fluent English so communicaton was easy. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There's a buffet breakfast that contains more sweet than savoury products, but they make toast to order, which was really nice. Although I have to say that e.g. the chocolate croissants were absolutely delicious! Thank you for everything 😊

Hosts were amazingly helpful and friendly , nice and warm people , who always assisted in any possible way , very nice breakfast and amazing quiteness of the area with great location close to center

Not connected to the hotel but the neigborhood nearby can be not very welcoming (immigrants selling drugs not far from the hotel does not add any attractiveness to the location )

Nice room, good facilities, personnel ready to help tou anytime. The hotel has a few very usefull parking places inside the interior yard. We have received very important information regarding the city and his opportunities from the staff.

At first time, the location may look a little bit weird, but you can easily use to it.

The hotel staff were extremely courteous. Although they had their hands full as there was an extremely high amount of guests due to the tennis finals. I was impressed! If you want lockable parking spaces, then you should definitely ask for this when booking, they are limited. The single room was bigger than expected and it had a nice large bed.

The service and attentiveness of the staff was so good that you feel very good at this hotel. Perfect breakfast for Italy. The location is good to come by car and leave it there.

The only issue I had was that shower was to small for my belly (which is not the biggest) to fit in :) and the noise from the street is too loud to keep it opened during the night.

I had a very good stay in the hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the stuff was very helpful. A trem line, next to the hotel, made it very easy to get to city center. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

The location is not ideal, it's a bit far from city center, ~20 min in the Trem. The neighborhood is not nice to go around by night, although I did not have any trouble.

Everything! The hotel concierge was exceptionable! He got our taxis, informed us of the best places to eat, go site seeing, etc. We were treated as royalty! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Torino! Loved, loved, loved our stay! Highly recommended!!!

Great hospitality and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is not quite central but it is very easy to get to the city center with the tramway 4. Mostly quiet at night. Very good value for the price.

The breakfast choices are a bit limited - mostly cakes and cookies (maybe this is a typical Italian breakfast but it would be great to have a few more choices). The temperature was quite cold in the breakfast room.

The bed was super comfortable and the room in general pretty quiet. We had a late check in, and we got a free upgrade to a bigger room, so that was genuinely nice. The private parking is just by the reception easily accessible and totally safe. All the stuff we had contact with was exceptionally polite and helpful as well as fluently speaking English which is rare in Italy as well :)

The breakfast as in most of Italian hotels is pretty pour but at least we had hot toasts and coffee prepared just for us.
