I honestly thought it would be worse than it was. I found the rooms were actually nicer than the photos, and they had good facilities and customer services. The staff were great, very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and up to standard. The free breakfast in the morning was good, nothing amazing but what you would expect. Good value for money. I would recommend. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel and a bus stop just across the road. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel :)

the only thing I did not like was the location of the hotel. It wasn't in a very nice part of Turin, although it was very close to a bus stop so that was good.

The property is located in a commercial area, but the hotel does not get affected by the commercial activities around - sound proofing is excellent. Room is very comfortable and it is a real value for money. it also offers dedicated underground parking lot with free parking facilities. Breakfast was included in the offer and was excellent. Overall even though the entrance and surrounding may look shabby, was impressed with the hotel and its facilities

Due to its entrance and location, it may look a bit shabby and run-down from outside. Could not find any good restaurant within walking distance

Room is very good, bed is very comfortable and internet connection is also good. The location is not good but there's a supermarket and a mall very close to the hotel.

The location is good for those who is visiting Juventus Stadium but for those who want to visit Turim city centre is not good because public transportation is very bad. I used the buses to go to the city centre and waited 40min for the return at 23:50. The breakfast is very simple. The reception closes at 23:30 and the entrance door is closed and only accessible via room key card. So if you forget your card, you won't be able to access your room again.

Very nice location, next to the Juventus stadium and very close to the highway. Has free parking facility in front of the hotel. Room was nice and spacious, clean and decent bathroom. Beds was ok, not something extraordinary, but definitely value for money. Breakfast was very simple! Staff very polite.

Everything you need for a short break. Room was good, bed was comfortable, lovely breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly. Right outside the Juventus stadium with views of the Alps. Will definitely book again if I go back to Turin

Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast OK, basically everything you expect of such hotel is there.... Free parking is available which is great. Location is not walking distance from center of town but there is good connection by public transport.

Super complete breakfast! Special coffee! Did NEW scrambled eggs for us even as we came late for the breakfast (09:30) Underground garage (allways open= BUT with 100% camera supervision by the hotel reception) - bring a torchlight. AC worked like a charm. Very late arrival (23:45) was absolutely no problem. Staff was super friendly.

Comfortabel room, clean bathroom and breakfest was good.

In the morning there were some loud regular noises to hear, approx. from 6 am. It was like someone is be banging some steel gate...I had a room 108 with a view at a arena.

Perfect location, very close to downtown, next to lovely restaurant, 5 minutes from 24/7 supermarket. The staff are very professional, intelligent and empathetic. House keeping doing a great job, bed's linen are snow wite, rooms are very clean and neat. I love the bathroom cosmetic kit. <3

The location, just next to the Allianz Stadium I can say that Master Hotel has the best mattresses I have ever experienced! Staff excellent We were accomodated with early and late chk in-out
