Loved everything! The room was dreamy, with beautiful decoration and furniture, a neat minibar you will fall in love with, a clean, modern bathroom, and a comfy bed with crispy yet silky linen. Host Raffaella was very kind and friendly, She gave me a detailed introduction about the room and let me know useful tips to spend a good time in the city. She kindly kept my luggage after check-out, which I really appreciated. The garden view was refreshing and heartwarming. You can see a panoramic view of the hills from out there or up on the roof. The house is near the piazzale where statue of Raffael stands, which means it's located on one of the highest point in the old city of Urbino. It requires some climbing if you're coming back from the town's center, but the Santa Lucia bus station (and the shopping center) is a surprisingly short and easy walk.

I think the only downside is the steepness of via Raffaelo, But you'll know it's not a big deal after all when you are in Urbino... Also, there are less steep detour (The host recommended) and other short cuts you can find yourself, one of the funs you can have in the maze of this old and beautiful city.

Great location just outside of the old city walls next to a beautiful park, but close enough to be in the centre of town within mins by foot. The welcome was very friendly and efficient. Resources guides were made available in advance with restaurant suggestions nearby etc. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic bathroom/shower. Even the upstairs neigbours were helpful and friendly when it came to parking. All in, a great find!

Not much to be honest.

Brilliant option for your stay in Urbino. Just outside the city walls it's beautifully appointed, super clean, charming and comfortable. The linen sheets are blissful - and the room is large and pleasant. There's a place to park my car, and the check-in and support was perfect. I'd definitely stay again.

Very luxury apartment. Very comfortable bed. Large room. There is parking place in the backyard.

The main problem was location. The property is located on the high hill, not at the center of the city. On Saturdays there is a market close to the residence and it is very hard to drive out until 2:00 pm.

The rooms are in the rear and lower floor of a house overlooking a canyon on one side of Urbino. The whole place is fully decorated carefully and more formal than most places we've stayed. Room was fine for size and comfort. Semi-modern bathroom and shower with lots of towels.

The details on where the place was would have helped. The obvious building is the upstairs which is occupied by someone else. Not terrible, just a little glitch on where to go. For people staying only a night or two, details are really helpful so you don't waste time and worry figuring out where to go.

Beautiful room with great facilities and very comfortable wonderful panoramic views from the grounds and perfect location to explore the old town wish we had booked an extra night. Great communication and guidance from the staff and would definitely rebook if we ever get to go back to Urbino which is a beautiful classic Italian town and well worth a visit

The studio was very spacious with beautiful furniture. The bed was very large and comfortable. There was a lovely large bathroom with great shower. There was tea and coffee facilities and lovely pastries suppled. It was very convenient for visiting the city.

What a find! This ultra-comfortable en-suite bedroom was the height of luxury. Beautifully furnished, superb modern bathroom and very well positioned for exploring the city. Secure parking at the venue [chargeable] was much appreciated. It was a short, downhill walk to the centre of the town.

Breakfast was a couple of very small pastries left in the room for the following morning. No milk for drinks, although there was both a kettle and coffee machine plus coffee pods and teabags. A small niggle.

no breakfast (coffee maker + some sweet breads definitely not enough as substitute). also, there was lack of hot water one morning, fixed later that day. all in all , nice hotel and nice room at fantastic location but in my view the price is high in light of the lack of services at the property.

best location to visit Urbino direct at the level of the panoramic street (but you have to consider to go down-hill into the centre) public parking nearby for 8EUR/day possible clean rooms, friendly staff
