Clean accommodation with a beautiful view. It’s a bit quieter here. Staff were all friendly and nice, particularly Eduardo (?) who was only on his first week there but was very professional. Would really recommend trying out the restaurant downstairs for dinner, the food was amazing.

You need to open the windows at night otherwise it gets quite stuffy because it seemed like the heating was on in the main part of the building. Safe didn’t work, which we shared with the staff but they were a bit too swamped to fix it then so we didn’t check in again.

The staff were so considerate in helping us with our very late check in. After a long day of travel, it was a relief to be easily able to check-in with very clean instructions. Then the VIEWS were absolutely stunning! Sitting down to an immaculate breakfast while gazing on the mountains created a serene mountain paradise.

We checked in late at night, so we never received a welcome/introduction to the hotel or area. Totally fine, but it helps to know what all is available or needed during a stay.

Very cool location of the hotel, one might say on the first line of the Dolomite “sea of mountains”. The view from the room window is very cool! The room itself is wonderful, we had an apartment with two floors. The room had everything you needed, as well as the kitchen, the cleaning was very good, always clean towels and necessary consumables (shampoos, toilet paper, etc...) Breakfast deserves special praise, not only can you find everything you want on it, but it is also very tasty. The staff works excellently, and is very kind and friendly, ready to solve all your questions, tell you somewhere else and where to go. In the evening, the hotel restaurant can delight you with delicious local cuisine - thank you! We booked one night, but after checking in we decided to stay and enjoy the mountains!

Wow what a place! Despite being a bit out from cortina de ampezzo, this lodge was spectacular. We had a great room with a terrace and amazing views of the mountains and valley. The breakfast was nice and abundant and the staff was very nice. They also have a nice restaurant on the premises, although I recommend trying the Birraria Bauce restaurant nearby!

Really everything was amazing. The only thing to take into consideration is that it does require a lot of driving to places and is about 30 minutes away from cortina.

We were taken completely by surprise. We booked last minute for a day of skiing in Cortina and found this amazing place. Perfectly located in a quiet little town only 30 min. away. Our Easter Sunday dinner was excellet. The menu is creative and delicious. Everything is home made, the dark brown bread, grissini, and herb croutons freshly baked. Great breakfast as well. I'd recommend the bar and restaurant also for people not staying in the hotel. They are lovingly decorated, warm and cosy. The rooms are modern and very nice and spacious with incredible views of the Dolomite mountain range. There are also tables in front of the hotel on the terrace and on the lawn across with an unobstructed view. We will come back in the summer for sure.

To book this hotel was the best surprise for me, the price- service quality was perfect. We got nice room with beautiful view to the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with all the sweet and savoury options. The honey is from the garden, organic ingredients, the best pistacchio cream I have ever tasted. Alex at the bar was a really good company. :) Don´t skip this place from your itinerary!

Great view, kind, helpful personnel, exceptional restaurant.

Only a few minor details, noise from built-in vacuum wall socket each morning, and smoke from the outside fireplace kept us from sleeping with window open. But again, those are just minor details. Overall, great little hotel with great food and good people.

We arrived in the afternoon after the whole day motorbike ride. The rooms was very nice. We ordered very good beers and wines, and the dinner really amazing -- we especially LOVED their caprese, so gooooood, definitelly recommend! The breakfast was really superb, so nice and tasty! Everything with an amazing view to the mountains. Also the staff was really friendly! Thanks for our stay :)

We absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING about Dolomiti Lodge Villa Gaia!!! The nicest little hotel we have ever stayed in, and what is even better, at a reasonable price! :) Villia Gaia exceeded our expectation in every single aspect. Perfect and exceptional is not enough to describe the property, the staff, the room and the facilities! For the price we expected something standard and reasonable, but landed up saying "WOW" all the time! And this is not an exaggeration! The staff was exceptionally nice and polite and we felt like royalty. The whole hotel was beautiful and wonderfully lit at night. Our room had a balcony with a view over the mountains and we just could not stop taking pictures as the sun was rising in the morning. Our room was beautifully decorated and thought through. It was exceptionally clean and nice and equipped with everything you could think off! The breakfast was also at the highest standard with a wonderful views over the mountains. We regretted that we stayed here only for one night. We will definitely book here again, for 2+ nights!!! We cannot possibly praise this property enough. It is the best! Well done and thank you so much for making our stay at your hotel so exceptional!! :)

There is literally NOTHING not to like about Villa Gaia! They deserve the highest rating possible!

Awesome traditional hotel, with a very warm and welcoming environment. The staff was very nice and the room was really comfortable and clean. The room had an amazing view to a mountain, right in front of the hotel, on the other side of a small valley. The scenery is really charming. Also, the hotel has an excellent restaurant where you can try local food. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast could start a little earlier.
