I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is simply beautiful and provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of excellent service and picturesque surroundings.

The hotel is located in the center of Varazze. Across the road is the sea and beaches. The room was not big, but very comfortable, very sweet women was cleaning our room, we were satisfied. Italian breakfast was tasty. The chef of the hotel Francesco is really nice and kind man. We are happy to meet him. There is a free parking in the port of Varazze, it’s a 5-7 min from the hotel by foot. Parking next to the hotel is payment.
Is very sad that government allowed all this private beaches. The price for two people 20 € from Monday till Friday. Weekends the price more expensive. Between privates beaches you can find small piece of the free ground. Of course free beaches are without toilets. On the photo you can see the free beach.

Great location and the staff was very nice. Breakfast quite basic but good and served outside with a nice atmosphere.
The room was right on top on the kitchen, with smell of fish and cooking all day. No air con and no space to hang up any swimsuits. Bathroom was really small and definitely overpriced!

Listing included AC and the room was without AC. I could not sleep at all as the noise from the nightclub nearby was blasting music until 5:00 am and the traffic noise was unbearable. Because the room had no air conditioning we were left with no other option but to leave the windows open for fresh air. Horrible location if you intend on sleeping.

The hotel is old and does not fulfill the minimum living comfort and higiene conditions. Bathroom is so tiny, you do not have even a place to hang towels...almost not practicable. No fridge. Too noisy.
